Definitely a “safety-first” culture. 😂
Jim I know you're in heaven watching this. I miss playing at your sawmill in Kingsville, TX!
Tembesi sebesar itu wow mantap👍
BEAUTIFUL VIDEO
The dude in the orange was stressing me out!
You aren't the only one, thought his new nickname was going to be stumpie.
a really good guy, very good at his job!
LOL. OSHA would love this operation.
Labor is cheap. Somebody loses an arm, plenty more where they came from.
Mantap
Nice health and safety around the hoist and log
wonder where we in NA can we by these steel toed sandals...
10k lbs....limit of the forklift 1.2B rupiah = ~$75k
Nice to see that everybody is wearing their safety slippers.
13:05 always have hand pushing towards the blade for best safety practice
That's why people in this job usually have arms, hands, fingers and toes missing.
live edge tables....awesome size and grain to those boards
If the wood is worth 1.2 billion, the saw dust has to be worth at least 100 thousand.
There's an Indonesian version of Tony Montana selling little bags of sawdust to kids on the street
Ah, but 1.2 billion what?
Awesome looking slabs guys! That is some beautiful wood.
They put a price on that which is priceless. When there is no more Trees and they run out of Air to breathe, and the World is destroyed by Climate Change, who will be left to spend the 1.2 billion?
Hadir om...❤❤
Nice looking wood. Has a really nice grain.
Cilacap murah2 boss kayu trembesi
Terima kasih infonya
All are wearing proper safety gear. What a team.
Tempat saya, kayu trembesi hy di potong2 doang, trs di bakar, PD hal kayunya seratnya cukup keren.
Emang besar2 bang kayu nya... Top banget
., l
I was a forklift driver for many years, both civilian and army. That guy under those blades made me feel sick. That forklift was not designed for that weight. Madness.
That cut with the E on it would make a beautiful island
Indonesian Rupiah is Micky Mouse money. Any tourist who arrives is instantly a multi millionaire.
I knew damn well that was too much weight for that forklift
Влюбилась в парня в оранжевой рубахе! Но считаю,что совершается самое большое преступление перед нашей Планетой!Она задыхается от слез!
Beautiful beautiful slabs I would love to have a couple of those. Those would make beautiful countertops
Fantastic-looking woodgrain.👍
Supposed 10 tons weight being moved and a guy in flip flops. Who does he think he is, Wranglerstar?
Worth 1.2 billion venezuelan.....
Mantan
Wow, a 10-ton load! The Trembesi wood from Tondano, Sulawesi, worth 1.2 billion, being sawed by I Sawmill is just impressive.
If they're talking dollars, they need to replace the 'b' with an 'm', maybe.
If they've been cutting large trees for many years, why haven't they installed a lifting system to handle them?
That cost money! Workers are cheaper!
Very impressive, but... 1.2 billion? Not a chance.
1.2 Billion Indonesian Rupees... about 75K USD
Kayinya gede bangat luar biasa
10 OSHA inspectors had strokes viewing this video ....LOL
I can believe the Osha people would be getting quite bald by now! Apparently SE Asia hasn't a clue about worker safety. It is no wonder their manufacturing costs are so low.
Don’t see much for ear protection either.
hi there nice thanks john
Oh man! That guy in the orange shirt pushing on that log without even looking at the blade as he pushes!!!
The lack of any sort of safety precautions is astounding!
He is far to casual near the end of the slab, one slip of his footing and he meets the Higher Power at the gates.
One slip, that's all it takes, madness.
That’s how he got his half brother.
Or raising the blade guard while the log is sawing and the one fellow's head is inches from the spinning wheel. Oh, I'm most amazed at the bare feet handling slabs off the sled which takes 5 guys just to tip onto the ground.
masuk bang...mantap ini kayu ..
oh well...life is cheap where they are!
Beautiful slabs
It's amazing how they work with flip flops on with no goggles and no masks .they do brilliant job tho ..
Tidak bisa dimungkiri kalau kebutuhan hidup dengan bencana selalu beriringan. Sampai nanti ketika bumi ini ditelan ke dalam perut manusia. Tidak perlu diratapi dan disesali akibatnya.
How has he not sawed his hand off!
I find it hard to beleive 10 tonnes Weight when the forklift is rated for 3.5 tonnes ?
Shout out to dudes that do what they gotta do.
Sawing 1.2B logs ought to give the mill some extra money to buy more equipment.
How do they keep from someone getting killed or terribly hurt in this death tap?
Parece de PAROTA
The forklift was capable of carrying only 3.5 tons, not ten tons. That number 35 on the side of the TOYOTA forklift says it. This wood was probably 3 tons in weight.
Correct, they do need a larger forklift though, they should never run that close to capacity, also that 3.5 tons is not meant to be lifted, so high.
They also need to invest in a motor and chains to move the work bed back and forth.
@@charlesstockford6003 I have been designing that in my head also. 🤜🏼👍🏾👍🏻👍🏿👍🏼👍🏻 💯
@@AdamosDad I was a Millwright Welder and have had three back neck fusion surgeries. I worked with modern equipment so I know what these poor people are headed for in their 50's.
@@charlesstockford6003 I have a similar background but as a senior maintenance man in industrial plants also a certified welder A.S.M.E, as a side I built conveyors and industrial ovens for a small company here in Indiana. I guess it's cheaper for this sawmill to throw more people at a job than equipment.
Worth 1.2 Billion??? Yen??? Zimbabwe Dollars??? It's actually worth $75000 US which converts to 1.2 Billion Indonesian Rupiah. Once it gets to the USA or anywhere else, those slabs will probably be worth $20000 each. All that work for $2.50/hr.
Damn, osha would have a field day with that place😮😮😮
Just distroying the planet
Osha would faint seeing how they are dressed
I don’t care what it is worth. I still would like some of that.
We don't need no stinking steel toed boots
Just a good orthopaedic surgeon😂😂
a big job!
Not much attention to safety footwear and what is the safe load for the forklift.
No safety standards here at all.
THAT IS A GREAT TABLE TOP
Clearly people cost less than machines.
There’s no way that log weighed 10 tons. The forklift couldn’t pick it up. Furthermore, there is no way that it is worth that much money, the video speaks for itself and it’s fun to watch. I don’t understand why you have to have so much BS in the title of.
❤
Кажется это дерево называется палисандр.Или я ошибаюсь?Это походу одно из самых дорогих деревьев.
I wish I could drive up and buy those I’d buy every slab
Once again steel toe flip flops!
No one wearing ear protection, you will pay for it later in life
mbok ya lagi kerjo udute leren se mas...bahaya ne kaget...
Three Stooges!!!😁
I bet OSHA uses these as training videos. Spot The Number Of Violations (for the USA).
1,2 billion? Pounds, probably? Or grains of rice, maybe?
Funny seeing no boots working around all that heavy equipment and logs
Are those OSHA approved flipflops?
Very big wood
1.2 Billion?
1.2 billion yen maybe.
1.2 billion what? Thai baht? That’s still 45 million Canadian. There is no way that chunk of wood is worth 45 million Canadian, impossible.
1.2 billion what? It ain’t dollars I guarantee that. Trembisi is a Teak substitute and is not particularly expensive.
linkr brp pak qok smpwk 10 ton . hrgnya juga mhal bener ..
BS. The money is not in dollars and the wood is no ten tons.
How old was that tree?
I wonder how many workers they go through in a year.
Amazing work, but fake title heading.
1.2 billion in Indonesian Rupiah equals to USD 80,000
I saw E.T. at 19:14!!
It needs to be computerized cutting so can make veneer too so don't have dust and scraps
Spruce goose 🚀
OSHA would have a fit
What’s up wearing flip flops…..really
es un crimen cortar un árbol así 😞😞
The cowboy with the hat. Very risky behaviour. Leaning his body against his hands that is inches away from the saw blade.....!
One slip and his arm is sawed off, or worse.
worth how much??? bull hockey
What is the purpose of nailing the piece of wood on the end?
so that the wooden plate doesn't break, sir
1.2 Billion what? Lira? Pesos? Yen?
1.2 billion BS.
how much is that in American dollars...
Steel toed flip flops. What could possibly go wrong?
Schöne Tischplatten
SEHR SCHÖNE TREMBESI-HOLZFASER, SIR
ON YOUR MAIN HEADING THE PIC OF THE LOG LOOKS WAY BIGGER THEN IT IS IN YOUR VID SO MISLEADING ALL THE WAY
this whole process is an accident going to happen.
Mr Tomblok would have never sent it that way. Hahaha.
When the job has to get done with what you have…
