    • О каком восстановление идёт речь? Вопервых сверло перегрел своей заточкой и сверлить оно не будет должным образом. Вовторых как сверлить этим сверлом без стонка, где одной рукой держишь дрель другой заготовку, чем постоянно поливать место сверления?

  • You need to re-center your spindle! Otherwise you will be drilling 13 mm with a 10mm drill bit! And DO use slower speeds with that big of drill bit.. it actually cuts faster! Try not to ruin your drill bits by overheating them when you grind them out of shape like that! There are many step drill bits available in different sizes and dont cost as much as you would think anyway! I would rather go with those than to destroy a perfectly good drill bit!

    • Of course and everything its bad, he never cold down the drill bit, and did you notice he doesn't put a screw to counter the rotation of the machine and omg the drilling machine is misaligned 😭

  • I sharpen step bits along with every other tool with an edge i have a machine but if i didnt i'd use a bench grinder rather than an angle grinder top should look like a smaller bit attached to a bigger bit not angled sides top bits pupose is a relief for screw to line up and not crack the wood, the bottom part is to counter sink screw head to be hidden

  • It may save you a time or two (regardless of wasted time) but that thin tip will quickly deteriorate and you will ruin the wick. The wick is shaped as it is to be efficient and long-lasting. Passing a thin wick first and then a thicker one is the right thing to do and what really saves time is no nonsense. If you want a single wick to make small and large holes, buy a tapered wick.

  • Show mas segure a peça com grampo ou alicate ou use peça maior na hora de furar. E não use Esmerilhadeira sem a proteção um dia tudo da errado e o que sempre passou despercebido se torna algo triste um acidente...

    • Não a broca não fica incandescente o próprio disco esfria mas muito perigoso cadê a proteção da máquina se esse disco quebra.

  • For someone with the good knowledge of drilling, this is a good try on doing something better without the knowledge :| That drilling sounded awfull, made a bad hole, heated the material and made the drillbit dull. if you wanna have an easier time drilling thru sheets, just use a 60deg drill instead if a 120, use a lot of force and slow down the spindle. You wanna cut, not scratch, you want the drill to grip and bite, not pull and drag.

    • And yes, step drillbits are good, but the reasin to use them is to not defirm thing material and to use on site where you prefer not to have 20 different drillbits to make 3 different size holes. not for shop use.

  • Esto es un riesgo ya que con todo el recorte que le hiciste a la broca pierde su temple en primera en segunda ya están diseñadas para cumplir con su trabajo no necesitan modificación , ahora es un material delgado no quisiera ver trabajar tu ideota en un material más grueso no te expongas ni hagas que otros se expongan para iniciar un buen barreno son pasos si necesitas exactitud , trazas ,. Marcas con un punzón , inicias perforando con una broca delgada 3/16 o un ⅛ y sigues hasta llegar a la medida deseada y si quieres ya existe la broca escalonada Y para aquellos que les parece buena la idea espero no tengan un accidente

  • La broca está doblada, el filo es un desastre y como se nota que tardó tanto que tuviste que cortar el clip para perforar un simple tubular de 1.2mm o menos. Y lo peor es que es un taladro de banco con mucha potencia. Que desastre.

  • It's only useful to drill small 3-5 mm plates. On more thickness plates it will increase the cutting edge. Hence not useful for thick plates.

  • Mal el procedimiento de trabajo, esmeril sin protección, el disco de corte, es para corte y no para desbaste, se sugiere que tomes la pieza a taladrar con pinzas , se debe utilizar guantes . No tiene sentido, romper una broca mayor , existiendo brocas de menor diámetro. El vídeo, solo enseña como NO hacer las cosas. Utilicé elementos de protección personal.

  • Try not to do something like that ever again. It really can kill you someday. And yes, the process of drilling is better to be done on low speed with a drill bit like yours. There are special drill bits with HSS mark that means High Speed Steel. Otherwise you will just destroy all the hardening of the bit

  • Самый высокоточный инструмент это болгарка, да и цвета побежалости на сверле это пыль, делов то перегрели его! Условно на закалку не влияет! Да и как бы китайцы придумали сверло ступенчатое! Зачем портить?
