During the ice drift on the Amur, huge blocks of ice came ashore near the Cliff on the city embankment in Khabarovsk. Under the pressure of large ice floes, the reinforced concrete fence could not withstand. Khabarovsk residents, who were walking along the embankment at that time, became eyewitnesses to the incident. Chunks of ice scattered along the footpath. According to preliminary data, no victims. Abnormally warm weather for the end of April was established in Khabarovsk. The air temperature warmed up to 23 degrees Celsius.
