"The laws of celestial mechanics dictate that when two objects collide, there is always damage...of collateral nature."
Yes!
People
only jared harris could deliver such a line so suitably
Exempli gratia: Two Gentlemen find themselves at cross purposes...
Killing her was no collateral damage. It was intent.
"Come now....you really think you're the only one who can play this game?"
This movie is brilliant. More people should give it attention
this is movie is a correct representation of two super geniuses going really at it against each other. Full of action, game of minds, epic music, best cast, comedy, and drama. This movie is at least 8/10, using IMDB scoring.
absolutely
Oh my god finly I found some guys there been intressted by the movies🎉😢
@@professorboltzmann5709 You the second who wrote about the movie, you a legend do you now my mum always ask my "why you repeat this movies a lot of times "then i said "mum you can't understand the depth of this movie "? and for you information the sherlock holmes 3 well be displayed in the future😊 ?
this villain has class and charisma 😎
This movie probably has the best score out of any movie I've ever seen.
@@sbraypaynt Well that’s just sad that you said that
Villains who are practically intelligent and have an air of respectability are by far the most dangerous. They can cause countries to collapse before anyone sees what they’re doing. Moriarty almost did that. If it weren’t for Holmes, his plan would surely have succeeded.
Perfect soundtrack. One of my favorite movies of all time. I cannot believe we have to wait 10+ years for 3rd part
9:09 this music combined with that scene. Too good
Which scene, please?
@@NIKOLASAV1 That bit is from the forest chase scene
Them getting shot at by the big-ass canon blowing up the trees. Sweet Cinematography!
I have never seen this type of villain in my life
This was a brilliant interpretation of the criminal mastermind Professor James Moriarty
moral insanity really insane. loved it, sherlock holmes VS james moriarty
All I want is to own the bullets and the bandages. War, on an industrial scale, is inevitable... Come now, Holmes.
This dialogue explains a lot about the current events, isn't it!!!!
Did anyone else hear a Richard Wagner influence in some of these tracks?
I do!
Are you sure you want to play this game
I'm afraid.. you'd lose
Lets do it
Moriarty has been watching too much Saw
The mercury in his hat turned him from a genius to a mad genius.
You are familiar with Schubert's work? The Trout is my favorite piece.
Hahaha, very good, perhaps another time..xD
@@RHICfct what u mean?
Exempli gratiae!!... Holmes and Moriarty = ying & yang.-
That list bit though!
Its so menesing i live it
Dort angelt auf der Brücke Die Hirtin - schlauer Wicht, Gib auf nur deine Tücke Den Fisch betrügst du nicht!
And he Gerrad Harris is Richard Harris’s son!!!! Talented family.

@@dinoasmr1514 thank you man
I know exactly what you mean. The instrument you can hear which produces that ghostly ethereal string like sound is known as a glass harp. They originated in Europe in the 1800’s and were very popular in Victorian era. I have been trying to find it as a stand alone piece for ages.
what type of revolver is on the first picture?
webley pocket revolver
Mr Ocean i saw this webley mk iv pocket videos, but it seems bigger than this
@@channeltrash6257 ... the actor has very big hands?
it looks like it might be an old S&W .32 double action top break revolver. Or an old Iver Johnson .32 Top Break
pity he doesn't have his gadget pistol from the first movie
1:30 is a chess theme
You are just now realizing upon which board our pieces have begun to move....unfortunately for you....*takes pipe out of mouth and stares up at the giant clock towers looming shadow at* 8:00 too little...*puts pipe into pocket* ....too late...incidentally....all in with my royal full house....Mr. Bond.....
I'm usually not a fan of Hans Zimmer's scores, because they tend to be too mainstreamy, but I was ok with this one, because Sherlock Holmes are probably my favourite mainstreamy movies of all time. My fav part 10:52.

bbc moriarty looked like A clown in front of him. this movie mogged benedict show completely
His top hat looks like it's made of plastic.
It might be overly shined costume silk
