This is my native language now I'm in america. When I was a child we use to go to liturgy every Friday at school so awesome the Holy Spirit is in every word.
Then go back to ORTHODOX.. IT AWSOME N PEACE OF MIND IS GARANTEED..

I am in absolute awe. Truly. I have never heard such a beautiful thing. Although I am not christian but muslim, since I'm north african & speak arabic I understand much of it. Attend services as a guest (you can’t take communion). Try Greek, Antiochian, Pan Orthodox etc. To convert you’ll need to be schooled in the faith for a year before being baptized in the faith. It’s a glorious religion☦️

very beautiful chant, i am muslim so i understand some arabic even though im not arab, and i can definitely understand parts that talk about the holy spirit, and parts that say the name of jesus and about the messiah, peace to my christian brothers, and i know there will be comments saying and bashing me for being muslim, saying its a copied religion, violent, will never reach salvation because we do not believe jesus is god, etc, and thats fine, the openess of opinion, the love for god is same either way, be it muslim, christian or jew. God will not judge based on political and national identity, but by piousness.

We Christian Arabs use all of the same phrases as Muslims because we are all talking about the same God, mashallah.

RumOrthodox Thank you for the lesson. It's much easier now. Anyway, I meant we could know what part is the gospel and go to it instantly, for example, what would be effortful if we go "blind" over the timeline. But I know it would be workful for you to do so.
+meusisto I cannot speak Arabic but I recognized the part at 11:02-12:16 "Save us, O Son of God" (the second antiphon), and 12:18-13:43 is the Hymn of Justinian "Only Begotten Son". This is followed by a litany, then 15:20 is the Third Antiphon, in this case the first resurrectional troparion ("when the stone had been sealed by the Jews, and the soldiers were guarding Thy most pure body, O Savior, on the third day Thou didst rise...")16:39 is "Wisdom, come let us worship and fall down before Christ our God, save us O Son of God, who art risen from the dead, we who sing to Thee, alleluia." at the Little Entrance. This is followed by the Tone 1 troparion again at 17:34-18:25. 19:43 is the litany before the Trisagion, and 20:28-23:04 is the Trisagion, in Greek! ("Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy on us!"). I'll go through the rest of the liturgy when I have more time and post what I can. Glory be to God for all things!

Turks , who heard this Liturgy , would just supposed this is from Khuran as nearly 95 percent of Turks don't know Arabic language but but read and listen Khuran in Arabic , Arabic is thought to be only language of performing Islam .

There were Greek Orthodox in Kapadokya who used to sing the liturgy in Turkish. Perhaps there are some Turks there who still know how to chant in Turkish

That makes sense. Jesus went to Hades to preach the good news to the dead. Loose the bonds. But we go to paradise on the second coming. So we are all waiting in a place of rest until that point which some beliefs have it that it is a part of Hades that is pleasant until the Final Judgement.

George Hanna Metropolitan Gregorios doesn't exist. Metropolitan Georgios, on the other hand, was the previous Metropolitan of Mt. Lebanon, now succeeded by his eminence Metropolitan Silouan.
