  • Jab me ye video dekh rahi thi, tab soch rahi thi ki ingredients same hai toh process se kitna hi farak padega? But then I tried it out. Step by step, without skipping anything… My God… Itna zameen aasman farak hai mere daily chai me and iss chai me. It was mind blowing!     • That's how it should be, I make it in a similar way and 'meri chai kadwi nahi hoti' ;) Chai to me is simple and it's better left that way. No need for a 'recipe' :)

  • Thank you so much, all the time my tea was bitter , used add all ingredients together to make chai. Somehow over the yrs did not improve. I always had bad comments from my people.   • Finally, the tea should be rigorously mixed using two glasses by pouring from height to create froth. Use steel tumblers to prevent spill. Do it three to four times not more. The froth formed enhances flavor release and the tea tastes better. Good recipe to make this type of tea. Thank you for sharing this tip.

  • this has to be unbelievable- I have been trying for 20+ years to make the tea that our Bombay road tea stall have… 🙀 but not once did I achieve the taste. The flavours of ginger cloves pepper makes the tea taste like curry😬 so I don’t add in anything. And I made this today and this turned out to be UNBELIEVABLE!!! Thank you BHARATJI followed many of ur recipes 😊. Keep up your good job and stay blessed

  • Hi Bharat. Sahi mei chai bohot achhi bani. I enjoyed your scientific reasons for each step. This video actually helped me correct many mistakes I was doing while preparing tea. Like putting masala when water is still not boiling. Adding sugar in the end or in start. etc etc. Thank you:-)

  • One simple ordinary but still extraordinary tip for a tasty cup of tea Whenever you make tea Add a elaichi, ginger , a bay leaf, tea and sugar And when the milk will start boiling Add a little amount of powder of Horlicks biscuit(that special extraordinary tip)🌼🌺 Then sting it And serve hot 😋
