When the HTB guy takes the ribs out of BBQ the are burned and they all black and he eats them while they are burned and black and there are rocks and egg shells in side of that BBQ.
That is absolutely delicious. I've tried this recipe once in the morning for an early BBQ outside and it turned out so great!!! This is the best ever rib that I've ever tasted. The hardest step is controlling the heat because you never know how hot the BBQ grill is. I will now use this recipe every day I go BBQing!!! Thanks!
