  • I'm so proud of this band. When I was watching Usher at halftime I said that the band on the field looks just like "JSU, The Sonic Boom of the South". Now I see that it actually was them. Congratulations JSU, for your high level of band sound and your excellent performance integrity 🎉🎊❤🙏🏾

  • I watched the halftime show and it was magnificent. I loved entire show. While watching it, I said”that is an awesome band.” To hear the next day that it was my Alma mater, I was so very proud. Let’s continue to support this university!

  • Congratulations, JSU. It's funny that SU had the gig to perform for the Super Bowl halftime...but they turned it down because they weren't allowed to wear their iconic uniforms. Instead, That's why you didn't see JSU in their band uniforms. That is crazy. But I already knew it was JSU.
