Sapnap not knowing where maple comes from is one of the most amazing things I've seen in a while,,, that conversation was so genuine and down to earth that it felt like the three of us were just having an everyday disscussion together, loved this episode because of that!!

I would literally die to have a friend like Sapnap. From all we know from him, and from what all of his friends have ever said about him, he seems like the most supportive and loving person on this planet. Just look at the meetup vlog, the support is heartwarming

Sapnap is such a nice dude. It’s pretty cool how he’s just glad his friends got successful a bit faster than him, he could have been somewhat bitter about it but he’s just glad to have their example.
Sapnap is so deserving of all the success he’s gotten and will continue to get. He’s such a genuine guy and a sweetheart. When it comes to his friends he goes hard and I find that admirable. I’m truly so glad we have the community we have today :,)

Knowing that Sap and I grew up in the same household circumstances makes me really sad for him...my parents were always super strict about school and I'd get into serious trouble if I didn't score according to their expectations which lead me to have severe anxiety especially concerning exams :(
Same my dad took away my brothers car and my brother paid for all of it because he got one B+ on a test. My brother and I are in all honors

She's taking my books.) And compare about how others did so much better and why I couldn't score like them
I've always adored him but this interview genuinely opened a WHOLE new perspective of sapnap for me, he's not afraid to be his true self and he really just seems like a nice and sweet person, he deserves the world

I found it very interesting how in the first half especially how Sapnap kept on asking Anthony the same questions back to him.

sapnap seems so genuine n grateful - im glad hes finally getting the recognition he deserves. he seems such a chill n genuinely good person/friend. i remember listening to the banter podcast ft dream who was saying that he never doubted sapnaps loyalty n i just thought that was so sweet + testament to the strength of their friendship.

Fun Fact: you can make syrup out of most trees, they just don't tend to taste great. You can actually buy Birch Syrup in some places, but it's kind of bitter.
(Late but anyway) From where I am we make not Birch syrop but Birch juice. It tastes like water but better. It's like a tiny bit sweet and sour but still watery. Kinda nice.

The thing about us, fans, and looking up to someone like Sapnap, is more than just watching him play a game. Its the interactions with his friends, the community that surrounds you and you all look up to him. There is reasons we call the majority of streamers from the Dsmp, "comfort streamers." Comfort streamers bring us a sense of security and easiness. They pave the way for us. Seeing that notification that your comfort streamer went live after having a bad day, just makes you feel so much better because they make you laugh, smile, and maybe sometimes scream. But you may not even realize, that they take whatever bad has happened away until they hit that "end live" button. Its almost like you go to an alternate universe. These people bring comfort to us. 9 times out of 10, when we see a streamer irl and we're freaking out, its not because we're crazy, its because they bring you so much happiness thats its hard to contain. We understand that they are people just like us, but when you feel so much joy, its hard to sit still and keep your cool. And i feel like thats how it is with fans in other communities as well. Can anyone relate to me on this?

The part where sapnap talks about not minding if they bring up dream with him is so relatable for me. My friends made so much impact in my life, they couldn't even imagine how much big it was. I haven't told them this tbh. I've achieved so much because of them. Graduating college with them was the best thing for me and no matter what occasion, I would never get tired of talking about them.
this interview was genuinely one of my favorite. Anthony and Sapnap’s friendship dynamic was so good, and the video made me really happy in general. sapnap is so down to earth and isnt afraid to be himself with his competitive side, and thats one of the main reasons why i like him so much. the way the two could communicate made this interview just sound like two friends having fun together.

I love how the conversation went from where sap and maple syrup comes from to "I had to get A's no matter what". Those are my favorite types of conversations that can go from being more silly to serious and deep naturally.

I hope you know it is possible that people can be academically smart even if they are a twitch streamer. Sapnap, George, and Dream are all smart in their own ways. Also, twitch and content making was a smart move especially during the pandemic.

When I saw the notification that this was interviewing Sapnap, you have no idea how excited I got sitting in the starbucks lobby. So excited for this one!
Sapnap is probably the calmest one in the dsmp and the one that basically one of the people that kept the server somewhat together. The fandom just made it bigger
It was today I realised not everyone knows the specifics of tapping maple trees, the time it takes to boil, the differences in consistency and flavours. It was so common where I grew up, we had days dedicated to tapping, and celebrations (pancake days) after or during the season.
Sapnap is amazing, and when i joined the mcyt fandom, i didn't realise that. Now i know, so to anyone who's new to the fandom, please don't overlook Sapnap.
sapnap has a special place in my heart. first time I ever heard about mcyt or the dsmp was through a tiktok of his funny moments over 2 years ago which got me into minecraft again which then got me through quarantine and being class of 2020 made it more difficult
i think the reason why sapnap makes so many people happy is that like he said, he’s just a genuine guy. i personally love his chaotic energy and the love he has for his friends and i’m sure many others do too.
Thank you for interviewing him, sapnap never fails to bring a smile on our faces and reminds us that life doesn’t have to be taken so seriously
"the trains not staying in the station forever, its either you hop on this train and see where it takes you or you regret it for the rest of your life. even if it doesnt pan out, at least you tried- and what you waste a year or two? at least you were trying to do something." man- that hits. it really does, and that honestly can be taken for anything, not just college. after going through a lot of relationship stuff recently that really hits me. maybe it didnt work out, but at least i tried. i wouldn't look back and regret doing being in it, i'd be glad i tried. sure, maybe it took up 6 months of my life for what seems like nothing now- but i tried. and that's what matters. im really going to carry that quote with me now :")

I've never related more with anyone or anything when they were discussing grades. I'm also from Greece, and both parents are from Greece (and Albania), so they are STRICT about grades, I got flashbacks just hearing him repeat the exact words I would hear every day. No B's ever in a Greek household.

When Sapnap said that we as a community love their friendship and that’s why we stay, i think, as someone who is in that community, that it’s a part of it but not all of it. I Sapnap more than I watch any of them and even I can’t tell you why I watch him so much. Maybe it’s the way, he’s just a loving person, and his growth with confidence while being a content creator. I know I look up to him for that reason. And while being that energetic and bubbly person, he still is that loving an such a polite person. When he said that he doesn’t deserve it, he deserves so much more and I’m glad that he knows how much we appreciate him 🫶🏼
