That or it will mellow him out because he has ADHD. I know caffeine mellows me out and I never knew why till 2 of my kids were diagnosed with ADHD and then it dawned on me that that is what I have as my oldest and I are just alike in the ADHD side of things. We don't do meds but if they get to wired I do give my youngest a soda that has caffeine in it and my oldest will drink a small iced coffee.
