I’m not a trump by any means but Hilary just didn’t say anything of substance. She says her plan would create jobs and lower the debt but never says how. Her whole argument on the economy issue was basically “trickle down economics doesn’t work” without really saying what she plans to do. In the first 15 min Trump tells you exactly how and why his plan would work.
And regarding his views of NATO and NAFTA, and most foreign relations opinions, he’s just right about a lot of it
When Trump didnt know what to say, he deflected and a lot of the time put the hot potato in clinton’s hands; when clinton didnt know she either went “go to my website” or rambled in vague political speak. She really did not help herself with any of this, especially against all of Trump’s rhetoric about lifelong politicians.

I'm watching this in 2024. I (embarrassingly) used to be a liberal. He changed my mind, but Hilary 100% convinced me that he was the right choice for office. Love him or not, but 2016-2020 was an incredible time to be an American. I purchased my first home because of him, which would cost an extra $1600 a month under Biden.

reason. Trump basically has a reflect 100% damage spell. He can constantly attack, but when other candidates try to attack back it just strengthens him. It’s actually kind of incredible. I don’t really like him, but I can’t deny he completely changed the game. I genuinely believe 20 years into the future politicians will look back at 2016 as to where presidential campaigns changed forever.
The two 2016 debates were some of the most entertaining content ever produced on television in my lifetime.

He did negotiate a date to withdraw troops, but he left a very short window for Biden, when he took office, to make a proper exit. Aside from the war in Afganistán, he bombed Yemen, iraq, and Syria. He had records in the amount of bombs he dropped in Iraq and Syria. In Yemen,Syria, and Pakistan he conducted military operations. The UN also agreed trump had racked up a good amount of civilian deaths from his bombing campaigns.
