Today I have kind of a relaxing freestyle warm-up video for you. This is exactly what I would do before starting the ballet barre or even like a cardio or HIIT workout. I made it in a follow-along format so that you could, again, warm up with me if you want!
In terms of the equipment you might want to have - I’m using a hard massage ball and massage duoball and if you don’t have any of these you can use tennis or ping-pong balls and to make a duoball just put two tennis balls in a sock and tie them together! Also for the oversplits - just use a chair or a bed or just literally anything you find suitable for the purpose.

Hi Maria, Thank you so much for great videos. I’d like to see exercises with a form roller and more exercise for increasing flexibility, please.
Hello, Maria. I admire you so much as a dancer and a person and I love everything you post and do (haven't missed one till now), but I think you should add a disclaimer for this warm up: stretching as much as you do with your incredible flexibility (God blessed) might be dangerous on cold muscle before a class for non professional or younger dancers, they could get injured, don't you think? I do not want to sound negative at all, please don't take it badly, but, since I am almost three times your age, I thought I could add an advice, from an older dancer to a young prodigy...
In part for me miss, is wonderfull to increase my flexibility..in ala second position and lateral splits..too, so nice and wonderfull, thank you, nice to meet you..from Cancun, Mexico

А Вас сильно растягивали на гимнастике маленькую, или вы были растянутая сразу от природы?
Растягивали, конечно... Мне кажется, природной растянутости не существует. Есть дисплазия, но это скорее заболевание, нежели достоинство. Она сильно помешает в позднем детстве и дальше, когда надо будет опираться на устойчивый скелет, без которого невозможны силовые элементы и те, которые требуют филигранности. Есть, конечно, большая или меньшая природная гибкость суставов, но чем её измеришь? А растягивать нужно всех. И это довольно болезненно.
Спасибо большое за ответ! У Вас растяжка очень красивая, шаг потрясающий и при этом не выглядит неестественно. Значит, все девочки в Вагановское приходят уже растянутые, без подготовки не поступить? Еще бы видео про питание, и был бы полный курс-мастеркласс. Смотреть ужасно интересно все видео. А ребенок, видя растяжку, готов играть все 12 трезвучий в 7ми вариантах каждое и не хныкать, потому что это же все равно легче, чем растягиваться - и видя пример более тяжелой работы, он наполняется верой в свои силы. Педагогические у Вас видео, для всех причем.

I think that you should consider that people watching your videos is not as flexible as you so you can't start your routine and after 2 minute's you do a split because that's the goal.. Of course I understand that you are showing us your routine but it won't be helpful for least flexible people.. Just giving you an advice from a big fan💜
bts trash greece its mostly for ballet dancers as we don’t have training now I think but the stretches are easy to adapt, they’re all simple.
