Now I find out that no one really knows how it's going to work, not even the guy who put it together... 🤣 Gotta love it! • In drag racing we call it "Go on Yellow". You let off the clutch and launch the car when you SEE the last amber light, because by the time you react, and the car reacts and rolls out of the starting beams the light will have already turned green. If you SEE green you're WAY LATE, your car should have been moving when that green light was traveling through space and not yet made it to your eye, so that the car leaves almost simultaneously with that light turning green.

  • I only just started learning arm wrestling. In a loosing position like at 18minutes I feel like I have a far better chance to get a stop by using my bicep and opening up. Bring my elbow forward and bicep curl them back up. If I try to do what is taught here it feels like my elbow is going to explode. My back pressure is like 40kg and my side pressure is like 20kg, I feel way more powerful just using backpressure in defence. TBH, using a hook feels really bad for me unless I am on top of them and can tricep press them. Any side pressure just fkn hurts so much I feel way more comfortable just going outside and using all bicep.

  • I'm new, so I've only pulled in the strap a few times, but it seems to completely change the game. I got flashed by my training partner the first time - nothing I could do about it. Then when I knew what to expect I got a flash pin on him. So it all seems to be in the setup and the reaction. Without the straps; every pull was a long battle.

Literally everyone thought you could only use arms and not body weight pulled in different directions. If anything we thought it was a foul. I guess we pretty much didn't learn much from the movie Over the Top. That or we just forgot about the movie completely. If I watched two of these training videos I would have ripped off all the arms in high school back in the day.
