Guaranteed Goosebumps! New Galaxies Discovered SPACE MYSTERIES Makes the Milky Way Galaxy Look Puny!

Today, we know that galaxies are the basic building block of the universe: island cities of stars. A century ago Edwin Hubble first discovered that galaxies were actually other so-called "island universes," distributed far beyond our Milky Way in all directions.
Edwin Hubble cataloged galaxy shapes: spiral, elliptical, and irregular, and pondered if there was an evolutionary link. Did galaxies morph from one shape into another over time? He also described them as the "markers of space," because their apparent recession velocities were evidence the universe was expanding in all directions.

  • I love your content and the way you interact with your viewers. A viewer on one of your vids commented these he would love to have one of its images as a picture for his office and you replied for him to send a message and you'd figure out a way to make it happen. I love that! Most creators would ignore it.I totally would rock a pictire or some piece of channel sentimental swag. You got any?

  • Like this video. But all these “pictures” are artists rendering of Hubble data.

  • Is it strange that two Events like Neutron Stars forming that were visible to the naked eye were so close together time wise. Good data, they know the almost exact date of two of them, I wonder if those "scientist's" ever imagined their observation would be so important so far in the future or what they were seeing was 5500 years in the past.
