Even though I love Simon and Anthony, when Simon and Anthony went around London city sleeping with ladies left and right and acted like emotionally unvailable, noncommittal bachelors, 22-year-old George was on the field trying to find solutions for the farmers to achieve higher productivity with less work put into, trying to make the better bread for his subjects, not sleeping with ladies just because he could, respecting and treasuring Charlotte from the first moment he saw her, while carrying a mental illness We shouldn't compare people's individual pains and burdens to each other. But George is the closest we can get to the definition of a dream man, if it's not because of his mental health ❤
I think Anthony and Simon both had severe trauma. We shouldn’t overlook their issues. But yes gorge and Charlotte had the repeat story and because we see how tragic it truly is with their full life

Definitely, what Shonda does for the series is giving the women more agency and voice. You get more insight into how they feel which are also genuine feelings rather than being overcome by the new sensations of lust.

Before this Queen Charlotte, Shonda was "merely" a genius screenwriter, producer. But with this? Me too. This show really affected me. Maybe because it is partly based in fact. By all accounts these two royals really loved one another. And knowing in real life that his madness did indeed eventually overtake him makes it all the more poignant.

i was never the person who cried during a show or movie but this series had me bawling. i spent about half an hour crying after the finale god knows why. I thought it was just a one time thing but then i saw this edit 2 months after watching the show and it had me in tears again. God! they really did something with this one. The lead actors are terrific actors and to think this is Corey's first major project is absolutely astonishing. I knew the story was going to have a sad ending but i never ever imagined myself so heartbroken for this couple.

George was so sweet. Charlotte was so fun .i'm really exited to see benedict love story. I personally don't want to see collin and penelope, i don't really like her but also don't want her to settle for a guy that humilated her publicly sooo , waiting to see how they are going to make it work

What the caption said because PERIOD! i really just love the chemistry. They're so compatible, one of the best matches. You can tell despite Charlotte not knowing George when she first met him. She knew she was gonna fall in love. George was already in awe but it became deeper when he gets to know who Charlotte is as a person and how intelligent, witty and strong she is. What a wonderful woman and even intriguing hubsand. Even despite his differences, George knew who was his venus, and Charlotte knew who was her forever love. Even as she grow older when she became scorn, its because she missed her hubsand. She loved him dearly and it was seen through every love, and every argument. Theirs hearts burn for eachother and my heart cries in joy for being able to witness such masterpiece. Never thought I'll love a show this much😭. C&G forever more❤🔥
A lot of this story is based on historical fact with some dramatic liberties. To that end, it is a beautiful love story. It is a shame that in real life the monarchy has descended to the likes of Charles and Camilla. I am an Anglophile and watched all the royal weddings, funerals, etc., but did not watch the coronation of Charles and Camilla. After Harry and Meghan's book and television interview, I'm pretty much done with it all. So disappointed in Prince William and Kate's attitudes as well. I hope QC gets every award out there.
