I thought I give it a quick try against 10 bots on hardest difficult. I wasn't able to set up a server. So, had to run it through console on a practice casual server.

Hey buddy, you can set up this server in practice casual mode in CS2. Just use the following commands and give it a try: bot_kick; mp_autoteambalance 0; mp_limitteams 0; bot_difficulty 5; custom_bot_difficulty 5; mp_maxrounds 24; Then just add as many bots you want by typing: bot_add_ct and you should be all good. You can restart the game using: mp_restartgame 1; After 12 rounds type: mp_swapteams to swap sides. Good luck
