When I found no one upstairs, I just dismissed it as a prank someone had played on him. But the fear in my son’s eyes… I just could not ignore it. And that very night, I heard strange sounds-chairs moving, knocking on the door, and nails scratching against them... That’s when I knew, something is not right.”
This paranormal incident scared Pooja Vijay, a psychic who did not easily scare. So, she decided she needed to learn more about this dark world… And when she met Sarbajeet Mohanty, a demonologist equally interested in learning about the paranormal, together they became a team of paranormal investigators. Their aim was simple-bust myths about the paranormal and educate people to eradicate the fear in their minds.

This was definitely a very creepy and scary episode - I’ve heard all of their podcasts with Ranveer Allahbadia, (BeerBiceps and TRS), and none of them come even remotely close to this wrt the scare factor. This episode was truly chilling.

The quality of a host in a podcast matters a lot, to make it interesting and taking more information in less time. The host here is amazing! The shows are engaging. Unlike some shows like beerbiceps, I can't even stay there for 30 seconds without getting bored. But the host karishma ma'am, you're a great host! Keep it up!
In 30 seconds you can't get anything there.... I love watching podcast and i've watched like from number of hosts but always find rhe best from the guest comes out in TRS only. Even the guest themselves said many times that they had their best podcast with Ranveer. Your choice whoever you watch but beer biceps is the finest podcast for them who love podcast.

Now, i have questions from my past experiences!
i did not get chills.. am I normal :) I am a believer of the paranormal activities however I have not experienced any. Whatever Dhaval explained had happened with me and not just once but many times for many months that there is so much pressure on my body that I cannot wake up and I feel I am in senses, sweating and unable to breath but I am not able to get up or scream and wants somebody please wake me up. I feel my eyes are open and I can see but actually i am sleeping. My husband sitting beside me working, noticed that I am trying to wake up and trying to come back to senses and starts screaming a little bit, will wake me up immediately. But if there is no one and I feel the same, then I just try to fight against the energy and come back to senses but then I get headache which proves that something was happening. After watching this I can safely say that it was Sleep paralysis.

As sarba said this things are extreme case of sleep paralysis, i m a guy i always used experience these things 2-3 times in a day, but the thing is u can heal it by yourself, 1st thing is don't panic bcz panic can give you weird hallucinations..

10:57 My house near a transformer, I mean right infront of my house next to our fence is a transformer, but None of us are hallucinating. Sometimes the lights downstairs qhen switched on, inks because wqter from terrace seeps through the walls. Other than that no hallucinations experienced by any of us. So not sure if being near a transformer can cause hallucinations.11:58 god my pet cats definitely act that way, I assume some kinda insects flying. One day my dog started barking staring aty bathroom at night. Nothing was there. Again I assumed something was on the vent as animals have keen hearing and smelling abilities compared to us. One day my dog refused to go to his room, he was at his door and was barking at the chair, I again assumed some insect or something.

plz adjust your mike as a host, the db drop is too much. I have to adjust volume levels everytime you spoke. I can't put on high volume as guest's mike is at normal. Your low pitch voice is the main problem. either speak into the mike or raise your voice levels for the sake of listeners. also, do some experiments with your voice levels before posting the video.
Dude my sis sees a shadow in her bedroom and she's like I see it clearly but it doesn't do anything to me. And this become a daily routine. And one night around 2 am or something my kitten just sat on my chest and started screaming. I just got up looked at him he was very scared. I took him into my blanket. And thn it stopped forever. My sis says didi abhi mujhe shadow nahi dikhta. My mom says it could be our Dad who passed away suddenly due to heart attack.

If it’s sleep paralysis, shouldn’t it be happening anytime he sleeps, whether it’s night or day? Why only at 3:30?
If it wasn’t sleep paralysis then why didn’t it happen when he decided to pass the time out untill 5 A.M ? mohanty is 100% right , it wasn’t the case of paranormal activity, it was a highest form of sleep paralysis only , I’m saying thst because I have also experienced sleeep paralysis many times but I got out of it everytime quickly because I don’t like to be controlled by anyone or anything so I fight harder and harder to move myself and wakeup and everytime it worked just like it worked for him when he decided to fight it out and wake up.
Maybe Tht happens during the deepest of our sleep! I have had sleep paralysis few times and once I had seen (or probably it was a dream )white outline which looked like a man pressing me down and I couldn’t move an inch and I was struggling to call out my mom sleeping next to me..now even in my subconscious I keep chanting prayers..I continuously chant ..sometimes I get from sleep chanting..it’s solely my experience..many people may not approve of this!

Few days ago my roomate told me she had a sleep paralysis said she couldn't move or talk and she has had such experiences before also...she said it pulls her arm she don't know what but something pulls her arm.....I myself also have experienced sleep paralysis before but I didn't feel Something pulling hands or legs....I was so scared when she told me about pulling arms and all I asked her you're explaining it so casually like don't u feel scared ? She said now It's normal for her to experience such things quite often and she isn't scared anymore........but now I'm freaking scared if it ever happens to me again and with leg pulling and all IDK what I'll do I think I'll just pretend dead lol
