I live in a -24 area at times proper insulation keeps my power bill to under $80 a month. No AC needed in Summer either, drops to $40.

Great job but I sure as hell wouldn't want to live in it where it is located. There is far too many opening in the walls for the cold to enter for this to be live-able in this cold. In a place with a warmer weather it would be the perfect place to live though. 👍 Great job
