  • Был на сборах под его руководством, техника + функционалка. До этого не думал что от Учи-коми можно выдохнуться и на ногах еле стоять...)) самое интересное то что даже тогда когда мы уставали и начинали техники коряво делать он это пресекал сразу, не делал скидки на усталость.

  • Newbie here, how is the the mechanics of this technique different from the ippon seio nage (mechanics, not grips) ? Or are they techniques in the same spectrum?

    • You can't throw with sode if your opponent comes much close to you, there's no space to throw, so you have to use a very different setup before everything. Ippon seoi can be done easier inside the uke's lags, once the kake is different. But all the differences can be seen in randori, you can try to do both with the same setup, there you'll see some minor details which makes each one of the throws work. Good luck and good training

    • ピストルグリップとは違い、指が袖の中に入った瞬間「指導」です。 ただ、試合中に主審が気付くのは難しいと思います。 ケアシステム（ビデオ）で副審やジュリーが気付けば 投技のスコアは取り消され、反則が与えられるでしょう。 ただ、やはり瞬間的に行われれば気付くのは難しいと思います。 バレないでしょうけど反則には違いありません。
