    • that's it bud, first step is recognising it, second is think a proper plan to specape it, third take action (even if small things). With time the path will become more clear and easy to walk. I know thing get rough sometimes but it's good for us, it makes you grow stronger and smarter. Thos who already suffered will never let others closeby suffer, you will be the light you're so desperatly looking for, just instead of looking outside, look inside yourself. Love
