    • Would of love to of seen some kindness with this woman. Instead you all watched as she cried and made her clearly uncomfortable along with filming her whilst she was vulnerable.

    • We would have to go to another channel to see actual kindness. It certainly was not shown here to this young lady. What I saw was snickering employees and lack of empathy towards this young lady who did nothing to you people to deserve that kind of treatment. You and your staff are very unprofessional!!!

    • @@mariecook7910 Well Said !! I was so shocked and disappointed. Getting your hair cut especially something as drastic as that for whatever reasons can be a very vulnerable moment. Most feel new and fresh after they have been pampered and feel better with their new look. Instead this poor woman was left feeling humiliated and vulnerable. Almost bullied by so called " Professional Staff" I wonder if other people have called them out and got their comments deleted or reported.

    • @@Lollypop2029 the truth is in the video. If they delete or report my comment then it still doesnt make them better persons or a better channel. He claims to be doing this out of kindness so why didnt they show kindness to this young lady? The title of this video should have been, "How not to treat a client in your salon"! You have to have empathy to show it and I am sorry but I feel he is doing these videos for monetary gain and not an act of kindness.

    • @@Lollypop2029 even the way he first cut her hair off made me mad like he was disgusted to even touch it. Being a stylist you do all kinds of hair from all sorts of people with the exception of lice. They were unprofessional from the start to the end and nowhere was there kindness even the girl styling had to walk off to keep from busting out laughing in her face. I dont care how clean your shop is if you have an ugly attitude towards patrons that come in then you may as well not be clean in my book.

  • As a retired stylist and salon owner. I was very upset to see that no one comforted this young women. No one tried to build a rapport with her. When you physically touch people all day the energy you give should be healing. Your skills will make the hair look good. But how does the customer feel when they leave your salon? Her facial expression said it all.

  • I read on a Facebook post that when she was a child her mother used to comb her hair, and she asked her not to cut her hair. So after her mother died she decided to not have a haircut for her whole life. But now she was pregnant and having trouble because of that. So she decided to have a haircut. She said that she hopes her mother would understand her problem. Ps: I read this in the comment section of same post on facebook. Don't know her personally.

That hair was also badly matted. This girl would have never had dirty matted hair. Look at the girl in her eyes when her hair was being washed, she smiled & wasn't sad. This video is all faked.

      @Boris-rz6ep@Boris-rz6ep10 ай бұрын
    • She is not smiling. Having her hair cut was truly traumatic, not only because of her connection to her deceased mother but because it is such a commitment to have hair so long. It truly difficult to care for hair as long as that. She deserved compassion.

Have we really lost empathy, sympathy, kindness and understanding? This girl needed a boost. An uplifting compliment. A hug. It was lovely to see how her hair turned out. It was so painful to watch, but I found myself caring so much about how she would feel. I guess I'll never know. Her exit was as silent as her whole experience. Remind me to never go to this salon.

Why would someone just walk into a salon and he just assumes "I'll cut her hair and this is the exact length" no discussion? No evaluation of her hair? It was obviously thought out because there's a camera man! Plus that hair looks like about 3 days of hair found on a salon floor. The uneven coloring. Like when did she bleach 12 inches of her in the center of that rats nest? Plus the nonstop crying with zero talking with the camera zooming up inches away from her face. Half her hair was pulled up on her head and then the hair got thicker and thicker the longer it got, nah, hair doesn't get thicker it naturally thins at the ends especially naturally curly hair because it needs more moisture that straight hair and tends to break off without proper care and that hair wasn't taken care of at all. Plus at the end there was no self soothing hair touching. My hair was over 4 feet long a year ago. I hadnt cut it in years. It's thick and very healthy. I had almost 3 feet cut off and after it was cut and styled I kept feeling it in the back so my brain can comprehend it was gone. She just walked out like nothing. Totally fake for views.

  • A lot of people in the comments are making many damning assumptions, but the truth is we don't know this woman's story, or what went on before the cameras started rolling. Those tears could be relief as she sheds something that was burdening her just as much as they could be shock and pain at the loss of something precious. As I try to imagine what she's feeling a thousand different things come to mind, and the truth is we simply have no idea what she's feeling or what she needs in the moment. As someone whose tear ducts are hardwired to the most random things myself, having a stranger be obsequious when they don't really know me would be more off-putting than comforting. However, having someone speak softly and little, handle me with care, and bring their skills to bear on my problem without assumption or judgment would be incredibly soothing even as I cried the whole time. Everyone is different. And where others saw coldness and a lack of sympathy here, I saw the way he cut as far down as the matting in the hair would allow; how the person washing her hair went over and over her scalp and hair, massaging and detangling, ensuring everything was washed and conditioned so thoroughly that there were hardly tangles when they were done; how someone handed her something to dry her eyes with, without calling additional attention to her tears that she may not want: how the stylist chose one tool and then, upon realizing it wasn't doing the job, selected another to give her a better cut; how he worked so carefully to give her hair movement and life without reducing the length even further; how when he did speak his voice was soft; the way the stylist who applied the mousse smiled and spoke quietly to her. There are many ways to show sympathy. And there are many things we don't know here, is all I'm saying.

It’s a dead hair folic and also whites - such as CacASIANS - ASIANS - Spaniard all y’all hair grows in dead it’s the exact same folic hair that dogs have. While Afro hair is alive (obvious because nothing can defy gravity but this hair) why? Because it’s alive and it absorbs energy causing it to defy gravity. So your hair is dead to Peggy .. I know I majored in biotechnology it was one of our experiments. But if you have a hair folics and you know you and some happy dog have the same hair type .. your hair is dead already. It’s growing but the hair that’s growing is a dead hair folical. This is scientifically proven. So most likely everyone in these comments hair is dead.

If it were my salon, they’d all be out on the spot. Clients should never be avoided and made to feel like a disease or a cheap source of entertainment. This girl was clearly going through a lot and the situation was handled by the other stylists like a joke. If she asked not to have a conversation that’s one thing but otherwise completely ignoring her and on top of it laughing at her is actually just really gross behavior that should not have been tolerated by the client or the owner. I hope she either goes to a different salon in the future or learns to cut it herself.

  • I wish people demonstrated a more sympathetic side to her. I appreciate their professional ethics and the fact that they do observe very sincerely. However, there are times when you need to be a bit more considerate than required. A smile, a pat on the back, a hand on the shoulder, a hug can heal someone so deep that he/she can progress with contentment. Hair has a deep connection with human psychology, especially women. To her, it seemed a release of her pent-up emotions, tied vigorously since ages. May be she wanted to seek closure to something significant in her life and move ahead with love and forgiveness. Had she been shown a little more love, she would have felt completely resolved. I hope she's good now and living her life to the fullest. God bless her ❤️
