I heard once Sasha & Masha say Gerda was just playing when she chased Messi. This encounter looks to show that to be true. I use to love Messi more, partly due to my favorite wild cat was Pumas but I’ve come to love Gerda as much. She is such a sweet cat & I’m so grateful they both got adopted by two fantastic humans. 👍😻💜

The process of domestication takes a very long time, and as I said before these animals can easily exist in a more natural setting where they learn to exist in the wild, with the intention of returning them to the wild.
@@6324210 cheetahs have been pets for a long time. I don't know about the cougar though. You can tell the cheetah is more like a house cat.

We saw that when the pool was empty and he was in the pool and Sasha was looking and talking to him, Messi used his Ninji and agile body to flex himself OUT VERY QUICKLY as we all saw that was amazing.💪🏆🥇

Проблема в том, что когда Месси путается и убегает, Герда думает, что это приглашение поиграть в догонялки. При этом сама в засады не играет и, похоже, перестала их бояться

@@MrAhtuba герда не охотиться, с чего вы вдруг решили? Она просто играет - это нормально для гепардов, также гепарды живут группами, так что для нее более нормально попытаться войти в контакт, и она делает это через игру. Да и стресс - это не смертельно

In Messi's case it helps that Messi has a physical debilitation, normally male Puma's are far more aggressive and solitary than Messi is, even when raised by human hands, and that says nothing to the outstanding job these folks have done to raise up Messi. (Something to do with his spin not fully developing I think)

As strong as Messi is (look at those muscles), Gerda's speed seems very intimidating to him. I think that's why Messi is so cautious, he's not sure if it's a game or he's lunch.

Cheetah are so much like dogs it's uncanny. That Puma is acting just like any other cat, but the Cheetah has that innocence and friendliness of a dog.

@@Cha-Khia He had rickets when he was young, and his leg length is short because of that, I think. Also, cystitis is something he takes medication for. Sasha is on top of Messi's diet for sure.
She is so proud that he is the one who runs for cover. She is so in charge of herself and any situation. She really is an awesome animal.
