Also had the opportunity to coach both of my son's junior football teams, and was also a freshman high school coach for 3 years. Have coached hundreds of kids in this age group in my experience you could take about 10-15 yards off of each age to fall into the average. The numbers he posted are elite. Just my opinion, wouldn't want younger athletes seeing this and getting discouraged.

Also, it depends on your hand size. How well can the QB fit the ball in his hands. I am 18 and throw a junior football 50 yards. However, I can throw a regulation football 20 yards because I have small hands.

These are very general stats. When I was in HS, I could throw a football (college sized) about 35 yards. The thing is that I'm only 5'6", 130lb, and have 8 1/2 inch wide hands, so for someone my size it's quite good. If I had 9 to 9 1/2 inch hands I could probably throw it quite a bit further. (And not that it matters, but I also ran a 4.45 40yd dash in HS too).

Kids watching this, he’s pretty off on the first few ages you’re still growing if you’re throwing 30 at 14 that’s fine by 17 you could be at 60 if throwing far as can. Don’t let it discourage you if you’re 11 and can only throw 20-25 yards that’s no big deal you’re never gonna have to in a game at that age keep practicing accuracy is more important than throw power anyway in HS.

These numbers are if you are looking to play football at an advanced post high school level. If you are between 10-18 and you can't throw this far...dont sweat it, you just fall in to the normal range.

Also had the opportunity to coach both of my son's junior football teams, and was also a freshman high school coach for 3 years. Have coached hundreds of kids in this age group in my experience you could take about 10-15 yards off of each age to fall into the average. The numbers he posted are elite. Just my opinion, wouldn't want younger athletes seeing this and getting discouraged.
Also, it depends on your hand size. How well can the QB fit the ball in his hands. I am 18 and throw a junior football 50 yards. However, I can throw a regulation football 20 yards because I have small hands.
I’m 13 and I can throw maybe over 20 yards maybe that’s just because I have long arms and big hands
So at 60 years old you should able to throw 160+ yards.

These are very general stats. When I was in HS, I could throw a football (college sized) about 35 yards. The thing is that I'm only 5'6", 130lb, and have 8 1/2 inch wide hands, so for someone my size it's quite good. If I had 9 to 9 1/2 inch hands I could probably throw it quite a bit further. (And not that it matters, but I also ran a 4.45 40yd dash in HS too).

Kids watching this, he’s pretty off on the first few ages you’re still growing if you’re throwing 30 at 14 that’s fine by 17 you could be at 60 if throwing far as can. Don’t let it discourage you if you’re 11 and can only throw 20-25 yards that’s no big deal you’re never gonna have to in a game at that age keep practicing accuracy is more important than throw power anyway in HS.

Well I’m the most accurate kid in my school in middle but there’s 3 with stronger arms but i try to practice at the begin of the year i was 3 string and could throw 20 yards now it’s 35

It not all about strength it’s more about the rotation speed like from back of the head too the release of the ball basically the power going into your shoulder rotation not about strength more about form

Grip the football with your fingertips and if your hands are too small grab it closer to the tip of the ball. Leave a gap/pocket in your hand between your pointer finger and thumb so that your palm doesn’t touch the ball there
