  • Mai is one of the TWO people I found a few months ago , but she’s the only KZheadR that I can just watch and watch , she’s truly inspiring and I think it really depends on your mindset when you watch her videos. I found her when I was looking for people who workout and eat healthy wtv, and found her ; basically I watched her throughout her time in LA and then got to watch her move to NY..WHICH IS ACTUALLY INSANE CUZ I WANT TO MOVE TO NY but am not able to yet..Mai has got me into journaling and focusing on myself and learning to know it’s okay to say YES and NO. She made me believe ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE, no matter what you’re going through right now. Thank You Mai. I really appreciate you ♥️

  • Mai is helping me to get out of my depression and it’s been incredible. Not only is her personality infectious and fun, her talks and life is relatable, no matter how unattainable it may seem at a glance because of her success (congrats, queen!). She’s motivated me to get out of bed in the morning when I don’t feel like existing, and I know that sound like a stretch, but it’s really really genuine, especially coming from someone who has been sleeping in until 4pm and is suddenly getting up around 8 because of Mai’s videos.   • The view from your living is so healing. I would stare out the window for hours every day. Yes, I agree, a to-do list really does motivate you. It's so satisfying to check things off the list even if it's for something small...like 'buy toothpaste'. Every check makes you feel like you've accomplished something and that motivates you to do more and makes you feel good about yourself.
