After 8 hours of testing the rates break down as follows
Rumor Per Hour = 15-18
Exp Per Hour = 200-220k

Love the task-by-task guide! I've been trying to search, curious if you have a sense - do we know the efficient xp/h for master rumours once you have a complete block list? sitting at 91 hunter and while I would love quetzin, I also wanna know how it compares to normal 3t chins for the grind to 99.
It would be less exp/hr than chins EHP but I am going to do a 2hr session tomorrow at max efficiency to get a feel for it.
Okay, I am pleasantly surprised by the rates! This is actually insanely fast + gives decent loot from the sacks. I averaged 223.8k exp/hr over 2 hours and completed 41 rumors. Will do some more testing to see if it was really good luck or it can be expected.

When writing the script for this, there were so many times I would revert to calling them tasks. Reading this gave me a solid chuckle because you are probably right on the money.
@@ColbyCobalt hahaha my friends and I flip between using contract, task, and rumours and it's very confusing. After the 5th "rumours" I couldn't help but start laughing at each.
so i just get a rumor from teco and keep doing his contracts till i get something i wanna "block" then i move to aco and repeat? im so confused...
There is nuance to it but yes, continue doing rumors from Teco until you get one you want to block then move on.

what would you block now that master (and one of the experts) dont give foxes anymore?
This wouldn't change anything other than you don't need to get Pyre Foxes from Adepts. They only shared foxes previously so it just means you only need to get Novice + 2 Expert Blocks.
@@ColbyCobalt yea true. removing the foxes from one of the two experts is probably the bigger deal
you should draw a picture for blocking rumours, it's way too wordy.
I already did in the way of Novice->Novice (long term). Yes those are words but how would putting a picture of the Guild Hunter be better?
Tecu Sally still worth blocking even with the update to the huntsman kit? Just got 91 hunter and starting to do masters. Edit: for clarification I have all my blocks set up except i have my kebbit swap with my novice so just trying to figure out if it's truly worth it or if i wanna keep the kebbit swap just in case i go back to doing experts for w/e reason.
The current Meta for pet is actually Expert rumors as you can get 4/7 tasks as Kebbits where you can do the fur trick. Personally I will stick with the 200k/hr Master setup I have in my video as I like going for Chin Pet + Herbi, but once I get them I might switch to the expert setup.

Pretty sure this was unintended behavior that they are just going to let stay instead of fixing or properly adding. Although I agree I wish there was a proper block list.

@@zelrin06 I checked on a different computer to see. I went to a Behemeth video, then back to mine without messing with the audio. It is definitely quieter than those videos but it was still fine? There is background music as well. What kind of speakers/headphones were you using? I can look at sound settings during editing in the future to see if maybe I need more gain during voiceovers. Thank you for the feedback.

Thank you! There have been a few changes since I put together the guide but it doesn't change blocking mechanics or the rumors themselves and only changes the inventory setup.
