  • What would you suggest is the first thing to do after surgery, to get feeling back?...first touches against the wall or cone drills?...do you do this before getting cleared medically?...just curious..thanks

    • Hey solid question my g. Sounds like what I asked my therapist before getting more touches on the ball. First of all, you gotta listen to your body especially in terms of pain and use that to influence how you train. But he told me to start with minor touches on the ball, like ball mastery stuff, nothing crazy, low intensity as well. And yes, you can do wall passes too, low intensity, and also close distance so you’re not putting too much force on your injured leg and risking getting injured again. So I would say, keep doing recovery stuff and when you hit the pitch you can do some low intensity cone drills and passes. I hope this helps🤙🏾🔥🫡
