Back in the day, this was massive in Mexico. Radio and music channels on TV used to play it all the time. One simply couldn't escape it. I was a teen at the time. After "Hung Up", this is how Madonna was introduced to a whole new generation.

In my country for exemple, all 4 singles from the album, were successful, but mainly Hung Up, Sorry and Jump, were playing all the time on MTV and at the radios. Once again, the queen of pop having another of many peaks in her career. 💘✨

You can say what you want about Madonna, the objective fact is that she made history. There is no other popstar today that lasted an entire lifetime, most of what you see today lasts a couple of years at least lol one hit wonders or memes and what not.
