Ngl i like the “raw” one better. I am colorblind (red-green deficiency) and i can not see blush on people’s faces, it doesn’t make any change for my eyes. But in your first attempt, i was actually able to see blush on skin and it looked so pretty and even natural to me. I really liked it

I personally only put blush at the top of my cheek bones and blend down and it gives me a lifted look and it works really well with jelly blushes plus it makes it so you don’t use to much

Both look great but u can also try dabbing the brush or beauty blender on the back of your hand before apply it to your face to get excess blush off/so it’s not as pigmented! (Not saying yours is)
