  • Your reactions are on this channel, you like something, and something you don't - completely normal. Thanks for your reaction 😊. What I like most is that he sings what he thinks he should. He explores and doesn't stay on the tried and tested paths, he experiments with different genres.. Have a nice day .

There's not been one song they've actually enjoyed and when we on the rare occasion find a reactor who doesn't appreciate Dimash's work they usually don't bother reacting to him after one or two songs, unless these guys are purely into rubbishing an artists entire catalogue or are doing it for the views, I can't understand why they keep coming back again and again. And thanks by the way but at 57 I'm pretty much "grown up" and well able to carry on a discussion and state MY opinion without having to resort to childish insults.

  • Dimash is a genius! A great storyteller and paradigm breaker! Anyone who watched the video, made by a fan with his cell phone, of Dimash's show in Hong Kong, had the pleasure of a first contact with the song “When I've Got You” and realized, in Dimash's own music and in the lyrics by Candice Kelly and Dmytro Gordon, a romantic, seductive and passionate song sung with Dimash's own virtuosity. There was tension and anxiety in being able to watch the studio version with better sound quality... Now, with the release of this music video, we realize how creative Dimash is: A suspense video with a “noir” atmosphere, but without being located in the past, and a tale of passion about a supernatural creature who feels alone and needs to fulfill his passion for a mortal woman who suffers for wanting and not wanting turn her into one of his supernatural creatures. Iskander Yerbolat's plot intrigues us to solve the mystery of the entire tale being a dream of a journalist who interviews “DQ”, or being a reality where the “vampire” did not bite his “prey” out of love! Intriguing... The video is a show in itself: Desaturated with vivid red details (umbrella, blood in the hands, blood in the pool, advertising sign, neon on the mirror...), a classic Rolls Royce, a gloomy and modern mansion and lots of details. As background music, he uses the work “Flower Duet” (Lakimé) by Léo Delibes. To create an old and suspenseful atmosphere, he does not use the 1968 edition and recording, by Joan Sutherland and Jane Berbié, but rather the original version from 1915, sung by Alexandrovna Mikhailova and Ivanovna Panina, recorded with a gramophone! The music video is a story that pays homage to several classic dramas involving supernatural creatures and passion! The impeccable editing with precise cuts that complete the script, simple and extremely efficient effects and masterful performances: Dimash (the seductive and tormented vampire, Polina Guzieva (the passionate journalist), Manuel de Jesús Sánchez Sotolongo (the sinister butler) and the harem of soulless vampires (Angelin Sapozhnikova, Valeriya Lyasheva, Andreana Tkachenko, Maria Aristatarkhova, Lilia Kiser and Klinnyushina Alina), superb! The music is a show in itself: a mix of Blue, Scat, Jazz, R&B, Rock... Captivating variations: a bridge to the chorus full of strength and seduction and a beautiful chorus inspired by classic rock and dexterity and Dimash's agility! In addition to the well-placed guitar solo performed by Abik Jeksen! The video captures and captivates from the beginning to the sign, which we let pass while still mesmerized by the “spell” of the vampire who can break the fourth wall! A giant, masterful, modern work that makes you want to watch it several times! 1000 out of 10! Hugs from a Brazilian!

  • As the MV begins you hear 'The Flower Duet' from the opera 'Lacmé' by Delibes which was composed in 1881 and premiered in Paris in 1883. A Rolls Royce.. perhaps 1970's vintage. "You are the best thing to happen" Count Dimash, "You make it all worth it baby!" I, and most everyone, agree this is one of Dimash's greatest performances.. with a song that rocks Transylvania to its very core with a flare of contemporary Dimash to digest.. and a taste of vocals to die for! Yes.. everyone focuses on his singing.. the notes.. the technique.. the visuals.. yea! it's great! BUT IS THERE A MESSAGE?! Dimash's mastery of symbolism is no secret. And here.. he poses as a vampire.. representing society as having become dead and losing its emotions and feelings.. and longing for some one, something, to raise him back to mortality. And so he might find a 'girl', who could represent anything in our society, like LOVE, kindness and a sense of belonging.. to bring him back to life.. back to who he really is. And btw.. he does not bite the interviewer.. she is his gateway to heaven (whatever she represents).. and she will be watching every little step that he takes…. do you get the message? There is a reason Dimash chose these lyrics! They are very specific! Read every line that he sings very carefully.. right from the beginning.. as if you were society yourself singing... and you will discover the true meaning! Are you sometimes feeling alone society? Are you making your way down south to the river.. with chains all around you.. you've been lost for an eternity.. looking for freedom. You're not gonna lie.. it hurts this time.. because you're feeling alone on that side.. you'll come back to life when you've got something to live for. You never knew in your life there was salvation! And when you find it.. it will be your gateway to heaven. But take heed my friend.. it will be watching every little step that you take!

  • Hi guys! Here's an interesting perspective that I've noticed from 6 years of watching Dimash, his fans and reactors to his works: in a unique way Dimash seems to be a 'mirror' on the human soul. People who are spiritual and close to God invariably tear up and are very affected by his voice, as if they have heard an angel. People who are generally not very close to God and not spiritual tend to 'flat line' concerning him. It would be interesting to know what kind of relationship the 3 of you have with God? It may sound silly to you, but Dimash seems to be a 'litmus test'.

Respeta la opinión del otro sin ofender, o acaso no sigues a Dimash cuando pide el amor y respeto al prójimo? Siempre hay dears toxicas 🤦‍♀️

  • I only have one thing to add. Dimash is not a singer who puts himself in a box and puts a label on himself, he don't even live in a bubble and that tends to confuse people a little. Dimash will never compare to the great rock, blues and jazz bands from the USA. Just like all USA singers will compare themselves to Dimash. It's fine like this? One day his name will forever be like so many others different from his style and he is so different from the others. This is called cultural exchange. What Dimash knows about the arias of great composers in the USA no longer existed, not to mention the ancestral sounds he was able to reproduce when the world was just a beginning. I respect your opinion and thank you for your reaction. Good luck to everyone, peace. The musical world is an extraordinary thing in which no one has the patent for the best talent or the best musical style.

  • Always take into account the fact that many people use autotranslator. And what the autotranslator tells us is often complete abstraction. Today, in one sentence, he gave praise for the song, criticism of the song, and a disparaging word about the song, and I actually don't know whether you assessed it positively, negatively, or maybe indifferently. Of course, I never follow someone else's taste and it doesn't matter to me what anyone thinks about any song, because I choose what I like. However, I really appreciate the comments when the reactors' knowledge is extensive, they can build sentences nicely and they provide information about the pieces, their structure, performance techniques, etc. People learn throughout their lives .

You are always rather negative from the first moment. I don't love this song by Dimash the most and I prefer it live. And I have to tell you, you also have an accent when speaking. • Glad to see you back with a Dimash reaction. I do like this song, but Dimash's more "radio-friendly" songs are generally not my most favorite of his. The reason I like it is that it's not a typical insipid pop song. Here he blends blues, R&B, rock, gospel, jazz and pop and it's something different from anything he's ever done. It shows his creativity, musicality and ability to seamlessly blend genres that not many other artists can do. I have come to expect that Brian will stubbornly not like anything Dimash does, but I am a little surprised that all of you didn't like the song very much because it's a very Western audience accessible song. Many longtime fans and new listeners alike have really liked the song and it's very popular, reaching millions of views in just a few days. Maybe I'm wrong, but from your expressions and demeanor, I got the sense that you all were prepared not to like the song from the start, especially when you all spoke negatively about it after just the first few lines. Still, I appreciate your continuing to react to Dimash and spreading the word. If you want to see opera Dimash, he recently sang Bizet's "The Pearl Fishers Duet" with Placido Domingo, who, as I'm sure you know, is one of the world's greatest tenors. Placido and Dimash were members of the jury at the Virtuosos v4+ competition. When they met at the competition, Placido asked Dimash to sing something together, so the performance was hastily put together, and despite Dimash being a bit under the weather, it turned out great. Placido at his age can't sing the tenor part anymore so he took the baritone and had Dimash take the tenor part. You might also like "Omir," which Dimash wrote to thank his fans and others who have helped him along the way. I'd recommend the stripped-down live version where there's just Dimash playing the piano and his brother Mansur playing guitar in a room. Dimash's voice is exquisite.

  • 👉 Dimash does it again and again. He surprises us every time. I love his versatility and creativity, his wonderful voice. It doesn't fit into any box and I love that. It never gets boring. I like the moment in the video when he smiles sensually cheeky at us, his dears, as if to say: 'Look at me and scream and rage.' I'm going to seduce this pretty blonde now... because I can! ' The two voices that come out of the scratchy gramophone are the original recordings of the LAKME flower duet from 1915 with two Russian sopranos (Maria Mikhailova (1864-1943) (soprano, interpreting Lakmé) and Antonina Panina (1870-1941) (mezzo-soprano, interpreting Mallika) - kzhead.info/sun/bJWhXbOXb2KQpHA/bejne.html In the Dimash News it is written: On February 26, 2024 in Istanbul, Dimash Qudaibergen presented a music video for a new work “When I’ve got you”. The premiere took place as part of a press conference held by the artist in connection with his upcoming solo concert in Turkiye. The main idea of the clip belongs to Dimash and the MV’s director Galym Asylov: “A world-famous artist, who leads a very private lifestyle, decided to give his first open interview. The young journalist chosen by him goes to the meeting in great excitement, immensely worried and tormented by the question: “What if?…”. The woman’s vivid imagination suggests a mysterious image of the main character and plunges her into a mystical story. “Everyone knows that Dimash is a kind and simple person. Not much is known about his personal life, he does not often appear in the media space and does not give particularly personal interviews. We wanted to present the artist from a slightly different side, in a “book”, fictionalized image”, - shared the director. Galym Assylov and Zhanibek Gusmanov - the second director of the project and line producer say that the shooting process was very interesting, it took place in Almaty. A creative team of more than 70 people worked on the clip with the involvement of specialists from China. It was there that the costume of the main character was sewn and together with Kazakhstan specialists created the whole image of the artist. The casting was not simple enough: many actresses and models were tried for the role of the main character and other characters. Three locations were used in the clip, and the search for ancient culture was not an easy task. In a creative atmosphere, a large international team tried to create a mysterious story in every element of the interior, in every detail of the costume, in every frame. The composition itself was written by Dimash. The author of the lyrics was Candice Kelly. The co-writer of the lyrics, co-producer, orchestrator and arranger was Dmytro Gordon. “Working with Dimash is a dream for many, and I felt extremely honored and privileged that he has entrusted me to work on this song with him. It felt like a great responsibility, as “When I’ve Got You” was a step into a new direction for Dimash as an artist, and it was also something different for his core audience. Dimash told me that for some time, he wanted a track on the verge of blues, jazz, rock, and r&b, and my suggestion was to make it sound fresh and edgy - something raw but beautiful, something truly unexpected. That has resulted in a blend of some heavy drums, electric guitars and piano together with the orchestra, synthesizers, harmonica, and even a choir. We wanted the song to sound groovy, cinematic, epic, and bold. No holding back!,” shared Dmytro Gordon. • Dimash has nothing new here because he makes music in different genres for a long time. But don't worry Dimash has over 60 songs so it's passible you did not see them all.

  • Again Dimash uses no way as way !! You just never know what he's going to come up with next. I liked the song - after a couple of listens to take it all in. Top notch production in terms of the MV. But that's what we have come to expect from Dimash. Thank you guys for your honest reaction.

  • Hello!! Nice day to enjoy Dimash"s talent... A really excellent MV in all his aspects... artistic and technicals ones... The vibes of Hammer Studios from the sixties... Dracula.... Interview with the vampire... To make a short horror story with such amazing song... Whatever... Let out the confort zone is a challenge in itself. I"d prefer Dimash no trying to complain the occidental music taste, unless he keep tied to his essence. My English maybe is not good enough but I think it can be understanding!! Regards from you three from Buenos Aires!

  • Its so funny because reactors are so used to the old Dimash style of music and its very new to them to hear Dimash sings a song that is out of his comfort zone but isn’t that what makes Dimash great? He is evolving . He is not afraid to sing other genres of music. He came to the USA to learn soul, jazz style of music. Young reactors do love his new kinds of music. Thank you guys. ❤

(14 lang.) and so many stiles with perfect interpretations. Just that. You should pay more credit to knowledge.
