I very rarely leave comments on videos and I'm sure there's other videos that explain this but your video was the first one I found and I immediately went to Amazon and found the silicone cookie molds. I've never done chocolate-covered Oreos but my daughter requested it for her baby shower which is my first grandbaby so I wanted to give her what she wanted and I swear that these came out so beautiful and smooth and clean and I truly appreciate you posting this video because it really saved me from providing a lumpy chunky covered Oreo. I even thought I pushed the Oreo cookie down too hard but they still came out beautiful. Thank you so much
Thank you so much! I’m glad it worked out well for you! 🥰❤️
I was looking for ideas for my moms 75th surprise birthday party. You explained everything so well and made this look so easy. I'm going to give this a try. Thanks for the great video!!!

@@ChellsSugarRush your welcome!
Great video .do you reheat the chocolate in the piping bag in the microwave also? Thanks
You can also fill it up 3/4 way and then press the Oreo down and it won't show through, eliminating the second step (as chocolate cools).
Thanks!!! Already made Christmas 🎄 boxes...make them for valentines 💝
That's awesome!! They are such a great little treat!

The melted chocolate can go right in a piping bag? Is there a specific bag we should use? Great video!

Love your video!! So easy and detailed! Can't wait to make these! Thank you!! Would you need to refreeze Oreos again after adding the drizzle to decorate?
Thank you! ❤ You don't need to refreeze, just put them in a container and keep them at room temperature.
@@ChellsSugarRush Thank you so much!!!

Very nice tutorial. Thank you so much
Thank you! 🥰
Hi enjoy watching your video when making do i remove the cream from the oreo or just use it as it is?
Use it as is. 😉
hi,can i askk you how much chocolate did you use? thakyou
Those look amazing 🤩
Very simple and easy to follow instructions. Thanks so much. Subscribed with notifications!
Thank you Monica! ❤
Loved this video it was easy and concise. If I wanted to add pop sticks into it when is it recommended to do insert? I would love to make a Mother’s Day bouquet for an Oreo cookie lover
Thank you Adrianna! ❤ When I add sticks to these or my rice krispy treats I heat the pointed end of a kitchen thermometer and make a hole in the bottom for the stick. I do this after the chocolate is hard. Hope this helps! 😊
You could also insert the sticks before dipping, but you would not be able to use a mold.
What was that oil, and amount to mix into the chocolate?
I just watched your tutorial and am excited to make these...You make it look completely simple....One question is how do I store after they are made??? do they need to be in fridge?
Hi Debra, thank you! You just store them in an airtight container at room temperature. 😊
Great video! How many days in advance can I make these? Do I store theses in the fridge after making
This is the million dollar question. 😅
Where do you get your milk chocolate from?
Trying this for my daughter birthday this Friday thank u Soo much
You're welcome! I'm sure they will be great! Happy birthday to her!! 🥳
I love this thank you
Thank you LaShara! 😊
Great job. How do you store these for a party to come?
Thank you! You would just keep them at room temperature in an airtight container.
Beautiful thanks for sharing
Thank you! ❤
I SOOOO LOVE THIS,,,,I WILL DO THIS WITH RICE KRISPIES TREATS & PRETZEL RODS ,,YOU JUST SAVE ME $350.00,,,SOMEBODY WAS GONNA CHARGE ME THAT MUCH!!!
anything handmade is priceless..most of the people selling this on etsy are probably poor and have to go through pain and suffering/manual labor to survive. The same goes for people who knit and sell hand made stuff..I've seen a couple with athritis and degenerative diseases..they're not doing this out of passion or hobby..what they are charging is for blood, sweat and tears!!
To be honest the person making them has the investment of all their own materials to make them for sale.
Once you start making these you will understand why they charge 300.00.
I bought a cake pop machine and did chocolate covered pretzels and candy bars wrapped in napkins like a swaddled baby then did sucker bouquets with tool. The baby shower was my first and was absolutely beautiful. The cake pop machine saved me so much money and I have it for future birthday parties. They charge so much for everything now. You don't have to use oreos there's cheaper cookies with vanilla and chocolate In one pk.
This looks really good but where can I find the yellow and blue frosting
U da bomb for this video I was literally dipping oreos
Thank you Tiona! I love doing it with the mold. I think it looks cleaner and very professional. 😊
This was super helpful! I am wondering, if I want to add a simple sprinkle on top, would I do that while in the mold by putting it on the bottom, or adding it after it comes out of the mold? Thanks!
Thank you Sara! I typically do a drizzle after they come out, and put sprinkles on the drizzle while it is still wet. You could try putting them in the bottom of the mold, but they might sink into the chocolate once it is poured in. I think you will get better results doing it after. Hope this helps! 😊
Great job!
Thank you!
Thank you . excellent video
Thank you so much! ❤
Very simple and easy tutorial❤️🥰
Thank you Vickie! ❤

Thanks for the video! To do the amount that you did on the video, how many bags of chocolate was that?
That was 3 10oz. bags.
Very nice 😍
Thank you for the video. How far in advance can they be made?
Being cookies and chocolate they will last quite a long time, but I usually stayed within a two week period.
What was everything you used ingredients re
Mine cracked when I took them out. Any idea why? New to this chocolate thing!
I want to do a small business selling treats and this looks good 👀
Where did you get the molds? Are they in the cookie or candy making section and is there special dimensions? Might have to order on line instead of a store.
Here is a link to them in Amazon. www.amazon.com/dp/B007N75XEG?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Thank you for the tutorial ☺️ I just got a question I ate one myself is it supposed to be hard to bite? Or does that mean I put too much chocolate in it?
Thank you Nilda! When chocolate sets it can be hard to bite. A few ideas that may help...Try to put just enough chocolate in the mold to cover your oreos, so that it's not too much. You can also use Oreo Thins, so that you have a thinner cookie, and it takes less chocolate to cover it. Also, you can add a tablespoon of solid coconut oil when melting your chocolate. This will make the chocolate a little softer to bite. Hope this helps! 😊
Where did you get he mold from?
Where do you get the mold? I'm trying to learn to do this and that will be so much easier than trying to dip the cookies.
From Amazon.
❤
Where can I find these molds, please?
hi how many bags of chocolate for how many Oreos please ?
Hi. Did you warm the yellow chocolate inside the piping bag? When I make mine, the chocolate hardens quickly.Do I have to take it out of the bag again to warm it up? Ty
Hi Janine! I do warm it inside of the bag. Currently, I use a heating pad to lay my bags on when I'm working with them. This keeps the chocolate soft. Hope this helps! 😊
You mentioned 30 second intervals? In the microwave? For two minutes?
the plastic chemicals will leech into the chocolate making it toxic!!
Great video. Can u please share the name of the chocolate thinner plastic box & where it was purchased? Thank u in advance.
Oh yes, it's Wilton EZ Thin. You can get it from Amazon. Here is a link. 😊 Wilton EZ Thin Dipping Aid for Candy Melts Candy, 6 oz. www.amazon.com/dp/B00IE6YEOU/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_4R0A1NF0CKHTZX9VEHYC?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I make thye in advance and wrap the box in saran wrap a couple of times to make it sure they are sealed tight and they stay fresh.
Great idea! 😊
