The Umbrella Corporation’s deadly T-virus is spreading across the globe, transforming ordinary people into legions of undead.     • Strictly speaking, these aren't zombies. They are infected with Las Plagas from Resident Evil 4. So these zombies as you call them are pretty much the villagers from that game. More battle hardened, intelligent and more human looking with a little bit of decomposition.
