To be honest I've never rated Keefe he did it in the AHL but he has no track record in the NHL. He's been thier 5 years and failed but its not just his fault there has never accountability from upper-managment for all his years they've never actually looked why they keep failing Shannhan always says "its part of the process to win you must first lose". I'd kind of understand if they got the 2nd round every year but to be knocked out of 1st round every year (last year seems like a fluke) and to not question the coach, the makeup of this team is wrong and massive failing by management.

How would you respect a coach who puts Nylander (usualy their best player in playoffs) on the third line while it takes everything for them to score 2 goals against Boston without him. Nylander should have been on the first trio by his first shift, not at the third period when the game was over already at 3-0. Keefe and Marner aren't Leafs anymore by the autumn

Kadri and Kessel are two guys that we used to have who played with a lot of heart and grit in the playoffs. They are now both champions after leaving Toronto, and they played well in the post-season on their new teams.

Hilarious how little respect and praise the Bruins got while the refs kept giving the Leafs questionable power play opportunities and they still couldn't get it done. Amazing defense for the Bruins!

Excellent points and I've thought the same thing. The Bruins were shadow banned all year. I don't think they are very well liked or respected throughout the league. No respect. What Edmonton did salvaging their year and scratching there way to almost 1st place was very impressive and of course Connor McDavid and Connor Bedard are exciting to watch but the Bruins were basically ignored and I really hope they can win the Stanley Cup this year.

Not a leafs fan,but the Bruins are doing a helluva great job leaving no leaf players alone and open and shutting down the passing lanes when shorthanded.Toronto will have to play tough to obstruct Swayman's vision by creating some chaos and fire pucks from the blue line aimed low into traffic in the hope of getting a rebound or deflection.

Well done, Leafs. You invested a ton of money in 4 players that essentially have the same offensive skill set. And when a tough checking club like our Bruins puts them on lock down, the team suffers. im torn because in no way do i excuse the leafs in most of their habits leading to their downfalls IE powerplay(1-23, cmon really?!) no urgency, soft goals against, cant setup, cant stay in offensive zone, cant get out of their zone, constant dumping, treating puck like a grenade, bad penalties, ALWAYS giving up goals right after scoring, never winning convincingly/dominating, playing from behind, only putting up 2 goals a game in playoffs, being down a goal or two at end of game and playing your fourth line with two minutes left, noone infront/screening of net, whining to refs, drop passing set-up(every time), injured goalies, etc but i think(and were all quite guilty of it) we dont quite actually realize the extent of the SCRUTINY these guys get causing them to hold back and not try alot of what they do in the regular season in the post season because one bad play or screwup turns into a massive issue in the media here. we all laugh and say" the media the media" which is true but it really is ridiculously massive here and turns off alot of talent from signing. think about it, it really can take a toll. now, if youre a guy making 10+ million, you probably should try your best to ignore it and not let it get to you but one is human and when one screw up happens and now youre "that guy" overnight, i can kind of understand the real pressure that a player gets from it. a day or so later ok fine but here in toronto you ARE that bad play. anyone can become bill bukner overnight, for anything gone wrong. its unfortunate but its true.

To be honest I've never rated Keefe he did it in the AHL but he has no track record in the NHL. He's been thier 5 years and failed but its not just his fault there has never accountability from upper-managment for all his years they've never actually looked why they keep failing Shannhan always says "its part of the process to win you must first lose". I'd kind of understand if they got the 2nd round every year but to be knocked out of 1st round every year (last year seems like a fluke) and to not question the coach, the makeup of this team is wrong and massive failing by management.

How would you respect a coach who puts Nylander (usualy their best player in playoffs) on the third line while it takes everything for them to score 2 goals against Boston without him. Nylander should have been on the first trio by his first shift, not at the third period when the game was over already at 3-0. Keefe and Marner aren't Leafs anymore by the autumn

Kadri and Kessel are two guys that we used to have who played with a lot of heart and grit in the playoffs. They are now both champions after leaving Toronto, and they played well in the post-season on their new teams.

Hilarious how little respect and praise the Bruins got while the refs kept giving the Leafs questionable power play opportunities and they still couldn't get it done. Amazing defense for the Bruins!

Excellent points and I've thought the same thing. The Bruins were shadow banned all year. I don't think they are very well liked or respected throughout the league. No respect. What Edmonton did salvaging their year and scratching there way to almost 1st place was very impressive and of course Connor McDavid and Connor Bedard are exciting to watch but the Bruins were basically ignored and I really hope they can win the Stanley Cup this year.

Not a leafs fan,but the Bruins are doing a helluva great job leaving no leaf players alone and open and shutting down the passing lanes when shorthanded.Toronto will have to play tough to obstruct Swayman's vision by creating some chaos and fire pucks from the blue line aimed low into traffic in the hope of getting a rebound or deflection.

Well done, Leafs. You invested a ton of money in 4 players that essentially have the same offensive skill set. And when a tough checking club like our Bruins puts them on lock down, the team suffers. As a Habs fan, I'm torn between these 2 teams, equally dont like both. But Lsafs game plan in the off season is everyone goes except Mathews, like EVERYONE! Leaf fans dont want to hear it, but it has to happen. You need balance for a team to go far into the playoffs.

im torn because in no way do i excuse the leafs in most of their habits leading to their downfalls IE powerplay(1-23, cmon really?!) no urgency, soft goals against, cant setup, cant stay in offensive zone, cant get out of their zone, constant dumping, treating puck like a grenade, bad penalties, ALWAYS giving up goals right after scoring, never winning convincingly/dominating, playing from behind, only putting up 2 goals a game in playoffs, being down a goal or two at end of game and playing your fourth line with two minutes left, noone infront/screening of net, whining to refs, drop passing set-up(every time), injured goalies, etc but i think(and were all quite guilty of it) we dont quite actually realize the extent of the SCRUTINY these guys get causing them to hold back and not try alot of what they do in the regular season in the post season because one bad play or screwup turns into a massive issue in the media here. we all laugh and say" the media the media" which is true but it really is ridiculously massive here and turns off alot of talent from signing. think about it, it really can take a toll. now, if youre a guy making 10+ million, you probably should try your best to ignore it and not let it get to you but one is human and when one screw up happens and now youre "that guy" overnight, i can kind of understand the real pressure that a player gets from it. a day or so later ok fine but here in toronto you ARE that bad play. anyone can become bill bukner overnight, for anything gone wrong. its unfortunate but its true.
