I love this video! So many great images. Their work in the chairs... wow! Still, though, I have a soft spot for that Eurovision entry video. I think that one portrays the "siren" part much better. How can a group of women in a hotel room "call" men to them? Just saying... I also like the intro in the Eurovision video better. Oh, and the graphics they had behind them? I died watching those high heels marching across the screen a la Yellow Submarine! Still, the bed scene in this video is pretty impressive. Oh, darn, I can't pick one video over the other: I love them both!

Why is it 'inappropriate for kids'? :) Better being informed..rather than being kept in the dark..An adult being a very 'matter of fact' with kids will help them fully develop their sense of who they are and what is happening around them..
We think there is a level of decency when it comes to sex and violence that children shouldn't be subjected to. I agree with your point to an extent, but we know that if we showed our 8 year olds this one of them would have nightmares for weeks for sure!
@@ToyAndGoy If, for example, a child accidentally saw this video or any similar video..it would be better to tell him the truth straightforwardly without any preconceptions about what sex is, what the LGBTQ+ community is etc. In the UK, for example, a child is being held criminally accountable by the age of ten; indicating how cognitively developed children are by that age. The children of today are so advanced compared to the previous generations. Nevertheless, psychologically speaking I would set the limit at 7 years old; in terms of straightforwardness. So, somewhat we found a common ground..
I find this view really fascinating in theory, but in practice I just can't see it working. Totally agree that exposing children to different kids of families and ideas eg LGBT+ ideals from a young age means they accept it without question and assume it as the normal, but when it comes to actual sex I'm not comfortable thinking we should show five year olds strippers or porn. There's an emotional complexity to sex that I feel most adults don't have, I believe because we all grow up too fast and dive into relations before we actually know ourselves, so teaching kids about sex in too much detail for me isn't a great idea. We do talk to our kids about sex, and where they and all people come from, but it's more a theoretical lesson, we wouldn't want them to be seeing the act or having it explained in detail. So, I suppose art like this which presents, not sex itself, but a glorification of sex just to me isn't appropriate for young kids. On the other hand, I'm all for teaching our and all girls that they are not to be walked over by men, so it's a really hard balance to find!! The idea is scientifically educating them about what sex is and the issues surrounding sex and gender from an early age; in that lack of knowledge and education may lead to discriminatory ideas and extremist acts.The issue is too complicated to be discussed from here..However, it was an interesting discussion..

If Maruv had left for Russia in 2014 and become their singer, severing ties with Ukraine, I would not have had any complaints about her. But if she says that she is a Ukrainian singer and wants to represent Ukraine at Eurovision, then she must comply with its laws and conditions. That's how it was. I understand your admiration for her and I do not condemn Maruw's support for Eurovision - she was unsurpassed in her style of music and provocation. But I wanted you to understand the other side of this situation.
