No one needs 38 steps. I have 2 steps and I'm over 50 and gorgeous, thank you very much! 38 steps are simply her way of relaxing, de-stressing, and showing herself some good love and care. The problem with some of these videos is that they make beauty seem so complicated and difficult that most people give up. The truth is: Whatever works for you and whatever you have time for consistently is all you need.
Since fame is frightening to me, yeah emotional support skincare. That lifestyle with the lights hours etc, it’s incredible her skin actually looks like that. Probs for skin > makeup
