200 g biscuits (7 ounces).
90 g butter (3.1 ounces).
20 x 15 cm (8 x 6 inch) mold.
3 bananas.
400 ml cream 33% (13.5 fl oz).
200 ml milk (6.7 fl oz).
8 g agar agar (0.3 oz).
150 g sweetened condensed milk (5.3 oz).
Bring to a boil.
Mix well.
Store in the fridge for 1 hour.
