Needless to say I got a call from my crying mother to pickup my "cussing" 18 month old when he did it. I laughed the entire drive to her house ❤

Tips boil the meat and bones to clean it first then use those to make the broth give you a light clear broth

no hoison sauce inside the broth for me, but Sriracha or homemade made Sriracha depending if I want the broth spicy with little more acidity on my mood.

I like my sauces on the side in a separate dish so I can dip ea bite into it. I don’t like my broth diluted with sriracha and hoisin. It pains me when it’s diluted like that bc then I can’t taste the actual pho broth by itself!
