I'm amazed he made and offer and more amazed the poor guy accepted it. Must have worked out alright though since its one of few products I'm familiar with. Edit. Just looked them up to see the guy proudly posing with what I assume is his child, so that's so nice to see given the context of his upset in the den. Also has a giant tattoo under his chin which took me by surprise.

    • I live in Switzerland, disclaimer, never heard about the naked noodles (but here we have got plenty gluten free (awful in taste and consistency) options). What I donot understand: I watched about 15 eps or so total, and the bare naked guy’s pitch was AWFUL, also the noodles apparently were bad - and they all jumped on him!? So I presume, it’s a fake show basically. They know stuff beforehand, well, they must, also what is a know fact already, it’s highly edited. Which doesn’t explain the almost fighting for the mental breakdown-know nothing about his own, bad tasting, product- guy. While completely denying others with a really good product/ idea. Can’t wrap my mind around what I’ve just watched happening…. Or, maybe, these dragons have a disposition for T2 Diabetes, or are already pre-diabetic and longed for carbohydrate-reduced carbohydrates. Maybe the episode is so old and the idea was new at the time?

  • The man with the gel colours polish said he had trouble with his breathing in the salon he went to with his sister. If it is a well run nail salon, there will be an excellent ventilation system. I wear acrylic nails and I get them filled every 3 to 4 weeks. I can barely smell the acrylic products and the gel products in the salon I go to because it is a well run salon. My nail technician is very well trained and so are her employees. If there is a very strong smell in the salon, the ventilation system is not working properly. And I do not pay an arm and a leg to get my nails done there either. My nail technician has very reasonable prices in her salon. My point being that a well run salon will not have those horrible chemical smells floating in the air all of the time. The health of the technicians and their clients will be at the top of the priority list in a well run salon.

But also, Peter was the Dragon to first reach out, saying he believed in the business ever after a poor pitch. That might’ve instilled a lot of trust. Maybe a combo? Idk. Caught my attention too tho

  • Deborah was right about the nail polish. You can't claim that its natural and that its a solution to the toxic fumes and such you get in a nail salon and at the same time have warnings about how its applied and the dangers it can cause, because the average person would pick that up off a shelf feeling like they have absolutely nothing to worry about. His 2 unique selling points we're that it was quicker to apply (debunked) and then that its a natural alternative to toxic polishes (debunked) so it ends up just being another nail polish only with concerning labelling.
