How to make homemade lat pulldown machine. A simple but very useful exercise device.

The lat machine is made of 60x40 and 40x40 3 mm thick wall pipes. The height is 220 cm for muscle up. The upper and lower pipes are 150 cm each, and the vertical ones are 200 cm. The distance between the vertical pipes is 50 cm. The width of the lat machine is 85 and 120 cm.

  • Do cable cross over DIY, you can do all exercises in that, make sure u can adjust pulley height

  • Is there a reason you did the double pulleys higher up rather than located lower more central. Wouldn't that give a longer cable distance when doing upper moves?

  • muy buena la maquina dorsalera pero es muy corto el recorrido de los ejercicios por que la guia que va cargada de discos es muy larga amigo vas a tener que cortarla a la mitad para que sea con un solo tubo de cada lado para cargar discos y veras que anda mejor saludos de argentina

  • 1 question bro, why 6 pulleys when you can do it with 3 pulleys,2 up and 1 below.does more pulleys give you more extra weights?

    • I think he did this so that he can do two different exercises without changing or adding cables. He can do lat pull down followed by sitting row or triceps extension followed by biceps curls.
