  • This game gives me Major Nostalgia, ever since i was 12 i had this for my DS, and i played it non stop, i always got all six mini marios, and to be honest seeing it come back onto switch really got my skills back up and running again

  • Nah, no way. The enemies from Donkey Kong Jr. Returned. This means anyone can make a return. Dk Jr., Koopa Kid, the Kong family. I'm really excited with the future 😊

  • only complaint i have about this game is the music and sound effects (and some visual effects) make the game less intense in the newer one. But other than that great remaster!

  • Nah, would take the original over the remake, which I own in CIB and STILL play today on my GBA SP(AGS-101). However, now more people can experience the game.

    • Right? I feel like the remake had stripped away the charm form the original, especially the boss fight music, its not as hectic. I also loved the arcade-like sound effects from the original. It may sound dumb but I don’t think I’m going to get the new one due to it looking so modern and like it stripped away the colors and charm of the original

    • ​@chipperpuppet427 Unless you wanna play the new co-op mode, my recommendation is, don't buy it. A lot of things have changed from the original, and not for the better. A lot has been stripped from it so if you're a fan of the original and you want it to be better than or just like the original, you're not going to get that.
