Then we see a moment Piranha becoming a hero. "To dark real quick" Turns out it was a dream and instead mario does it to him yea... neither of these moments are "wholesome" and if you think they are I am sorry but see a doctor.

  • When Bowser wanted him to have a beer, I knew it was going to end as a dream sequence. Alternative Ending: Luigi goes on a rampage to avenge his brother's End. Turns out he was possessed by the spirit of Mario. _"But Luigi is dead in Nintendo canon for years since his last dedicated game he starred in."_ Yeah, we're just going to ignore that fact.

  • I wonder what a mario horror movie style skit would be like. Junping on mushroom peoples heads and squishing them into a bloody mess. Casting fireballs, yoshi eating beings. Various other mario abilities. Maybe a chase scene with the karts.

  • There's a Mario-inspired webcomic called Mushroom Go, where the titular Go, a Toad wakes up with amnesia after being rescued by a Sand Ship. He meets the ship's captain, a Koopa who was once in Bowser's army. She tells Go a legend about a psychotic, unstoppable monster wielding Toad magic who decimates her people by the thousands. The comic shows a silhouette of Mario as she tells the story. It's a great series. The creator stopped making it at some point, but I don't know if they ever went back to it.
