That is why, you still have problem in reading Biblical Hebrew, example of this is the letter Yod ( י ) in Hebrew which was never understood properly: Whenever this letter has been used in the Bible, it serves for multi-purposes, sometimes it represent Hamza (short click sound) other times it is used to represent Short-vowel / long vowel (Aleph and Yod) or sometimes in the place of ‘Ayn (ע), which causes lost in meaning of words or mistranslations or even wrong pronunciations. That is why you would noticed there are many confusion has risen when reading and interpreting the Bible until Masonites came along and developed Diacritical system in the 9th century A.D. some 200 years after Islam. While the Early Arab Muslim scribes, Sahaba (Apostles of Prophet Muhammad a.s) in 7th Cemetery A.D. were very meticulous and very careful about writing the Revelation of Holy Qur’an, so that there will be no room left for even a slightest possibility of error, hence, they already developed and defined all different formations of phonology of Arabic with different letters of Arabic (و ا ي / ء ؤ أ ئ ) and diacritical marks, instead of heavily relying on ONE letter to represent different sounds, as it’s the case of Hebrew Bible. Therefore, the reader of Holy Quran never find any sort of Confusion or difficulty at all when Reading Holy Qur’an, all thanks to the Arabic writing system developed by the Sahaba, where every phonological sound represented by different letters of Arabic and Diacritical Marks which leaves no confusion in the minds of its readers. (Al-Hamd-Li-Allah - Baruch HaShem Eloh’im - Hallelujah - All Praise and Gratitude belongs to G-d Almighty).

That is 1000% wrong. You can tell this by looking at any ancient Qur'anic manuscript. The Masoretes created their full system FIRST.
@toomanymarys7355 The earliest development of Diacritical marks on Hebrew / Aramaic Text was introduced in 9th century A.D. nearly 200+ years after Muslim introduced Diacritical marks on Arabic / Hegazi Script. which is then used by Syriac Scholars as well as by Jewish Scholars with little amendments in diacrtics.

Interesting! Actually, this reminds me of a discussion I had with colleagues about Greek. When I said I'm into Greek they thought Attic. I said no, Homeric actually. The response was: Oh! Defective Greek then! Defective? Homeric Greek stands on its own right. Why should we judge all Greeks against Attic? Isn't classical Arabic some sort of a consensus mixture of different al-'Arabiyyahs prevalent in the 7th / 8th centuries. The vocabulary of the Quran is not just Hijazi. it includes non-Hijazi words as well. Some other things also point to this, like vowel harmonization, a Najdi trait it seems. Adopted later on generally, but this was not considered always a "standard" as the works of the Kufan grammarian al-Farraa and his Basran rival, Sibawayh, show. As far as I know. neither considered vowel harmonization ( عَلَیھِم 'alayhim as opposed to عَلَیھُم'alayhum ) an issue, and in 8th century Kufah (possibly even later) this harmonization was NOT the standard. This can be even heard even now, surprisingly. Revived in some recitations and / or never died out? One reciter who uses عَلَیھُم'alayhum is Okasha Kameny, founder of Hirz Institute, Texas, USA. Many presentations on youtube from him where you hear this.
The Quranic recitations aren't even that. They're an opportunity to show off different dialects in different places in various recitations with no actual pattern, so you show how smart and artistic you are.

The reason the Quran is written the way it is, is due to the consideration of the "numerical miracle". As every letter is counted and considered, as well as every letter's gemetrical value in some instances. You can see that in the "Basmalah" it's spelled in such a way so that it consists of 19 letters. Mecca is mentioned as Becca in one instance, because that Chapter is prefixed with A.L.M and the count of M's is significant and it would have been +1 M. The count of those prefix letters in those Chapters will consistently total a multiple of 19. Hence Mecca was written as Becca only in that chapter. Also what's interesting is the M & B in Arabic are the only two letters which your lips touch, Mama(Um) & Baba(Ab). In Chapter one the Fateha(The key) your lips also touch 19 times when you recite it(19 Ms & Bs).

Why all powerful allah have to come to lowest heaven to hear your prayers. Sura 5:48 says, "To thee (People of the Book) We sent the scripture in truth, confirming the scripture that came before it, and guarding it in safety: so judge between them by what Allah hath revealed, and follow not their vain desires, diverging from the truth that hath come to thee...."
Always remember that there is an option to remain silent. If you do not know something, practice silence. There is no need to talk about something you do not know

It is believed by some scholars and followers that the Quran is written in Quranic, a language of its own. You will find followers/ believers who perfectly read and understand Quran, yet you drop them off in the Middle East and they are stuck. On the flip side, there are many Arabs that read the Quran and don’t understand a word of it. The Prophet of Islam never could read or write, yet he had the best of understanding. Better than Sahaba who were fully literate.

@@bowiethedog6285 Taha Hussain (in his 1925 book “In Jihellya Poetry” rightly argues that pre Islamic poetry is inauthentic because it does not reflect neither their environment nor its pagan gods.

The pre-Islamic poetry has archaic vocab and grammar features that even the traditional Muslim commentators failed to understand, but that modern scholars have been able to understand through comparative linguistic evidence . They couldn't have made them up. If they did, they had to have written them in such a way that it would fool linguistics researchers 1500 years later.
The Quran is in Arabic but one has to pay attention to its own rules, and Arabic is not one language but a vehicle to draw insight which comes from God, and not ones own self i.e., one would have to give up their own understanding and approach the text we have with reverence to (the concept that represents) Allah and with integrity and sincerity to the truth even though it is against your own self/previous understanding. Who can submit their own biases for discovering what the Quran is saying instead of drawing from the supposed sayings outside the Quran. Best to view Marvelous Quran channel that is doing incredible work at working out the linguistic discernments and the methodology for self-correction (siraatul mustaqeem) (bonus: "eamilu as salihaat -work to extract the precise terminology from the verses of the scripture"; eamal = work on interpreting the verses of the scripture). That is what you say sound to us. "Integrity and sincerity to the truth" means not taking religious bias. I have no problem with your faith, but your faith is not the truth.
What? you said that Arabic is a vehicle to draw insight from God. So you conclude that God cannot speak other languages? it is totally wrong. Quran is not from God, from created by many ancient scholars. No empirical proof that religion book is come from God.

I think you talk is not helpful. Due to two reasons: 1) No clear time line on Standard Narrative of Islam. 2) What is the lastest finding from coin/stone inscription and geo location. 3) Your lack of knowledge regarding Sabik Islam and Nabataean Islam can be noted. If Quran was revealed in Mr. Ms dialect. What was the style of linguistics is his dialect. If his linguistics style is Sabik Islam and the current Quran use by almost 90% user are Nabataean Islam style of linguistics then Islam today should not say the Quran they have today is perfect not even a dot have been change and it is identical to the one in paradise. We have the same issues in my language today. Due to invades. Tamil is spoken today around the about 1.5 billion speak Tamil. But Sanskrit language on the other hand is spoken by 25000 in India according India government. There were a period of +-3000 years. The Tamil was suppress from education and business. Many of our books were translated into Sanskrit. We almost lost our identity. Thanks to our ancestors save keep in rock and palm leave inscription and more book was hidden way. Now the new generation is bringing it out from hiding. And many archaeology finding are revealed. Noted: we are not so consent how the pronounce their language but don't lie and mislead millions of people. About 95% of people who are Islam can't read Arabic language, they only sing or recite. Sorry, Luxemberg's lame thesis was discredited decades ago by a Syro-Aramiac professor at SOAS, University of London. Trying to put the garb of Aramaic on Arabic is quite silly... and arguments from cognates are also faulty as Semetic languages are full of cognates of one another, so it proves nothing!😀
