incredible bike handling Lizzie Deignen 1:35
Great ride by deignan. But only 116km, really? Let the women race.
Even in that distance, did you see how many DNF or were OTL? More and it would've been a "last woman standing" kind of race. It was good for a first.
Don't mind the distance too much. Maybe add another 30km, get them onto the Arrenberg and FGS turn the cameras on straight away.
I agree on the distance, another 20-50km. However, I don't think there needs to be more many more cobbles, just more road, period.
Great job by all the racers!
Muddy cold returns to Paris-Roubaix! Love it!
Experience shows in those conditions, hope they add some more Kms to the next edition tho...
Congratulations Deignan🇬🇧 from Greece!!!!!!!!!!!! 🇬🇷
Well done Lizzie. You showed ‘em! Absolutely magnificent ride. You are without a doubt the best. Phil and Orla will be so proud of you. Love you. Hope you can do it again next April.
Deignan “Kiesenhofer’d” the race
Gustsy racing from all the women. Incredible skill on those muddy sections. Much respect.
Deignan, she is great. Lot to accomplish.
Good job by the camera bikes, trying to pace the group back to Deignan
Topp show😄✌💫
Narrated very well...
Diegnan showing some pro skills at 0:46 (a lot going on there; see the bottle she discards get blown up by the moto and the cameraman gives a glance back) and at 1:35 (nbd; she doesn't stop pedaling).
So they had removed one of the most iconic pavé sections from the race (Trouée d'Arenberg)... Why?
Is that Si?
Lovely highlights Eurosport, thanks a lot, waiting for the men's later on. 👀 you later, bye bye
Is a bike swap to a Mountainbike allowed for the muddy sections? :D
I still AvB is the greatest recent women's cyclist. Vos is good, but she won a lot when the Peloton wasn't as strong as it is now.
Lizzy (I missed 3 doping tests in a year) Deignan riding in front for 80 km, no one really chasing, other riders falling like dominoes... Nah, that was boring af.
how did they stay pretty and not caked in mud compared to the men's race? even Elisa who fell several times barely have mud on her face
3.59 minutes of highlights of a many hour race. Very poor coverage of such a milestone event. You must do better Eurosport. Where is you head at????
They showed all the video coverage on their channel, their app and GCN+ app.
@@lebowskii98_9 There is always one whinger, a white knight, a virtue signaler. Maybe he should go to Roubaix and lick the mud off the wheels.
Because its a female race. Boring
Well done lizzy, you deserve every £ uou won for this... disgraceful there's such a difference between the men and ladies race purse
Money has to come from somewhere. It doesn’t just appear out of nowhere. The income of sports is views and sponsors and obviously women’s sports have nowhere near as many views as men’s sports, thus the athletes get a lower salary
And a huge difference in distance eh
@@Tim-K. would help if ASO actually gave coverage
The first 20 men shared € 91.000,00 euro between them. With the male winner taking € 30.000,00. The first 20 women shared € 7.005,00, with the female winner taking € 1.535,00. I know the distance is different (the women cycled a bit over 42% of the men's total distance) and there are less viewers, but come on!!! They A.S.O. should do better!
@@Tim-K. not really the fault of the women that they get less viewership so they should not be penalised for it.
Just a countinue a differ opponet a bycle racing a grate a day our realation a came our real goverment im peter villanueva manalo excecutive minister a differ countries a goverment
Why crashes? I thought disc brakes prevent that?
Chuis déçu , elles ne font pas la même distance que les hommes ; ça aurait de la gueule .
Why do we have women's paris-roubaix? This is not tradition
actually the right question is: Why only now?
@@pietroperetti1056 because women should focus on having children and raising family
