    • Есть специальные джеки к которым идут гидро прокачка и шланги. Так это для супер тяжёлых работ. Запресовки и выпресовки. А этот конь педальный сделал из двух не понятно что. Вот так он и делает каждый день шедевры! ☝️😂

    • В первом варианте также переделывал домкрат ,только поменьше, под насос, соединил тормозным шлангом с тормозным цилиндром от Волги, устанавливал на ленточной пилораме для натяжения ленточной пилы, ещё манометр был встроен, но мне нужно было 6-7 атмосфер для натяжения и постоянный контроль в процессе работы.

  • 1. Take a bigger supply pump. 2. Take 2 identical jacks that will do the lifting. 3. Take the hose and put a "T" in it. So one pump feeds both lifting jacks. 4. Raise left and right side of vehicle at the same time. OR raise house. Worked a 2 days for a guy that moved houses. He had us (4 guys) under each corner and we would have to raise each end of "I-beam" in unison. 20 ton jacks and 8x8 crib blocks. Lowering the house was the scary part. We lowered a house that had already been relocated. Didn't know they used a 4x4 inside the house to support an archway. After we lowered the house so far on foundation. The 4x4 loosened up enough to just fall and hit the floor above me. Good thing I had on my brown pants. I rode home in the back of the truck and was my last day moving houses.

  • So for those who don't understand what's going on here it's pretty much made so that way it's easier to put a jack up underneath something and still be able to pump the jack up from away from the load without the handle hitting underneath whatever it is they are trying to jack up with a normal bottle jack. Also with this type of setup you can also use a hydraulic compressor to pump up the bottle jacks and also you can make more than one with a splitter so that way it can be used at the same time if for example you need to lift something with wheels off the ground to maybe remove an axle out from underneath a truck or out from underneath them mobile home trailer or something.

  • These are for spots where you are unable to use a lever to raise a vehicle due to leverage. Excellent idea. It's a hydraulic extension jack. Makes sense. 👍

  • That's pretty cool and all but you know not everybody has this little fitting used to replace the ram in the first Jack so you can get the output hose. Didn't show how you got that or how he made that. Probably made it himself on that lathe, which is beyond the scope of most people in the garage.

    • Ааа, я понял твою мысль - нужно поддомкратить машину, силой мысли загнал первый из его штатного места под машину, затем той же силой мысли накачал второй, балонник сам выскочил, открутил гайки колеса, запаска сама скакнула на ступицу, спущеное на её место, домкраты снова по своим штатным местам, а ты в это время весь в белом, в салоне... Ипать- колошматить.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣

  • Давление в каналах домкрата может быть 600-800бар легко. 5т домкрат с поршнем Ф-30 при максимальной нагрузке имеет давление: Ф-30 => 7см² 5000кг / 7см² = 714 кг/см² Большинство шлангов не рассчитаны на такое давление. И имея токарный станок можно было бы изготовить примитивный гидроцилиндр, не ломая второй домкрат.

If you want a mad max future junkpile build from two jacks then build it in the field from stuff you have.
