    • @@heresthethingyouguys reason why we should avoid using the phrase "it takes two to tango" is that it can suggest that both parties in a situation are equally responsible for the outcome, even when one party may have more power or control than the other. In situations where there is a power imbalance or where one party is being victimized or exploited, it is important to recognize that the responsibility for the situation lies primarily with the party in the more powerful position. Using the phrase "it takes two to tango" in these situations can be dismissive of the harm being done and can shift the blame onto the victim or the less powerful party. It is important to approach these situations with sensitivity and awareness, and to avoid using language that can minimize or excuse harm

    • @@sukhdevr3489 it's true The phrase "it takes two to tango" has often been misappropriated and utilized to justify colonial actions, particularly against indigenous peoples. In the context of English settlers taking land from indigenous inhabitants, the phrase has been employed to insinuate that both parties played a role in the land appropriation, thus attempting to absolve the colonizers of sole responsibility. This exploitation of the idiom undermines the historical reality of the power imbalance between the colonizers and the indigenous communities, and perpetuates racist stereotypes that delegitimize the indigenous peoples' suffering and marginalization. It is crucial to understand the historical context and implications of such phrases, and to be cautious in their usage, in order to prevent further perpetuation of discriminatory attitudes..

He said Sage visited their gym for a little bit, and he adviced to Sage to find a gym and stick to it rather than what he was doing at the time, visiting everywhere belonging nowhere kind of like a gypsy. Sage's career probs would have been much different if he had entered into structured consistent training at a top outfit rather than whatever it was he...or his dad...thought he was doing. Glad to see he signed on to a reputable gym and excited to see him fighting again. Such a positive dude.
