The average human being in the developed world battles sadness, stress, depression and worry on a daily basis. Religious beliefs should afford a sense of comfort however; it seems that 21st century man has lost the ability to connect to God, In Islam, the answer is remarkably simple. We turn back to our Creator. God knows what is best for His creation. He has complete knowledge of the human psyche. He knows of the pain, the despair, and the sadness. God is whom we are reaching for in the darkness. When we put God back on our agenda, the pain will subside.

I live alone most of the time, even during work at night literally no one there only me and dark empty roads for hours 5 times a week.if it wasnt for Allah swt and his mercy i probably would be in a really bad situation now in my life. May he bless you all

Brithers sisters. Ive been down the dark road of depresion for a short period and begged allah for his help and subhanallah the moment i started praying 5 salah it all changed. Back to rising strong inshllah. The help will come. Trust me
I've been depressed for two years and I am alive today only because of Islam. If Allah never made suicide haraam, I would have done that sin long ago.

When this lecture started i bursted into tears, years ago when Allah Azzawajal guided me back, i had lost everything in my life and parts of this lecture i used to watch in shorter clips. Now i know that Allah Azzawajal took everything away to replace it with Him self (His Guidance, Mercy, Love) Never ever give up when things look bad, Allah is always with you and He loves u, ur a muslim❤️ I pray that Allah reunites us in Al Jannah and we can be happy for eternity in His presence. I love Allah❤️

In this world, you will never truly be happy. No matter what Allah (swt) gives you, you will never be truly content. You can have the most amount of money, best health, perfect spouse and family, you can everything you desire, and you will never be happy. True contentment and satisfaction comes in the Akhirah alone. It comes when we are in paradise. All of this is about perspective and how you deal with the situation. And thats why, it is very important that an individual who goes through a trial, he changes his perspective of the trial. Its not a punishment from Allah, its a means to get closer to Him. Its not a punishment from Allah, its a calling from Allah that He wants you to come back to Him. Allah (swt) does not burden a soul more than it can bear. A lot of the times when we go through trials and tribulations, it feels like this trial is so great...that there's no one being persecuted more than us at that given moment. But the reality of the situation is, that is not the case.There is always someone who is in a worst predicament than you. A statistic shows that, any individual that lives in the west, is automatically in the 5% elite of the world. That means 95% of the people are worse off than you. They live odd less than a dollar a day. They drink water that is brown. They make shoes out of water bottles, just so they can walk. So the reality is, that there's always someone who's beinf tried and tested more than you.

I leave with some good ahadith that can help us avoid Hellfire and make it to Paradise In Shaa ALLAH! On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Let him who believes in Allah and the Last Day speak good, or keep silent; and let him who believes in Allah and the Last Day be generous to his neighbour; and let him who believes in Allah and the Last Day be generous to his guest. [Al-Bukhari] [Muslim] Abu Umamah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever recites the ‘verse of the Throne’ (ayat al-kursi) after every prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and his entry into Paradise but death.” Source: al-Mu’jam al-Kabīr 7406 Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Albani

It is simply means that he is keeping you away from few bad things which you can not deal with it...so Allah tala kept you alone. Alhamdulillah some years back I was also all alone...even though surrounded by people, but actually no one was available to listen to me....now I know it was Allah tala who was with me and who is with me.....i had put all my trust in Allah tala.... Alhamdulillah i am in better position now. Things will change.....be positive and engage with Allah tala more and more.....
