Summery: Warm water (not hot) Flax seeds for us vegans (or fish eggs), mix with water (but to get omega 3 you need suppliment from sea plants, flax seeds does not give enough) Fish, but olive oil, algy oil and almonds for vegans. Almonds, hazel nuts Avocado Blackberries Broccolli and alot of vegetables Red wine (just a little), drink with food, not on an empty stomach, depending on the period cycle. Women need carbs. Men need fat. (This was my favorite aha-moment!) Coffee is dehydrating. Drink sensibly, not too much. Take a nap after a big dinner, don't keep eating. Don't eat late. Overnight fasting. Avoid: Processed food Margerine Fake cheese Baked goods Whipped cream (processed) Artificial substances Candy Meat Treat your brain like your best friend!
What meat? Just beef?
Thank you!

Thinking the same 21:25 thing about how calm this conversation is too.
More of these Please!!! Thank you for the brain food vids
I love, treat your brain like a best friend!
Listen to this and being quick I am making lunch before I walk. 5mins to prepare. Broccoli and cauliflower into the steamer and a handful of broad beans in there too. I’ve eaten a few almonds before it cooks and that will keep me going till I have dinner later. My brain food quick mousse is as follows. Half small avocado a small banana handful of spinach some nut milk cacao powder a date or two. A scoop of kelp a teaspoon of ground flax seeds a teaspoon of chia seeds and a handful of berries. Whiz it up in a blender and serve. If I take any supplements I do it with this meal. It’s delicious and sorts out any chocolate cravings. Jim you have a very listenable voice and you ask such good questions. Thank you.
Wild salmon, blackberries, kale and almonds are my favourite brain foods... thank you both 🙏🏻
Hi there, I would recommend to opt for an organic vegan diet (preferably raw if you can) due to disease on the rise in animals, as well as radiation and mercury in the seas affecting fish like wild salmon (radiation) and tuna (mercury). Fish farmed salmon is to be avoided too due to the use of GMO feed and may not provide Omega 3 Fatty Acids which is obtain from algae by wild salmon in the seas, i believe. You can opt for organic walnuts and pecans that look like the brain and target the brain (Contains brain targeting nutrients e.g Omega 3 Fatty Acids); as well as organic cabbage, cauliflower and berries. Moreover, try and incorporate it with plenty of pure, clean water to hydrate brain cells (avoiding artficial flouridated water due to the negative impact flouride can have on the brain - i believe), as well as drink colloidal silver and gold (avoid purchasing colloidal gold from a different country as it may deplete in quality during transportation, from gathered information). Furthermore, aim to obtain fresh air as much as possible including sleeping with a window open and allowing it to circulate in your room freely as it gives clarity of mind, improves concentration and enhances learning abilities, i believe. It also gives a sense of happiness and well-being by altering brain levels of serotonin; and induces sound sleep. Best wishes 💙💙💙
@@LookUpwards Do you recommend drinking colloidal silver/gold if yes why ?! What kind of algea gives us the highest omega3 ? Appreciate it 🙏
NM Venus, would you suggest the scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz should take vitamin D, because he sings, “If I only had a brain”.

My mom drinks hot/warm water every day in the morning. Shes been telling me its good for your health to do that and I kept ignoring it thinking its some ancient myth passed down generations. Now I hear this and im like O.O
Yes your mum is correct. I also drink warm water every day. I have 2 bottles per day. 😁
Virgin coconut oil, Celtic Fish Oil and Turmeric with black pepper. That's my memory index booster every morning. 😁
What's celtic fish oil ? Is it in capsules form or liquid n what brand it is ? Appreciate your help 🙏

Do you mix all together?
@@lorainnelarryson3626 The Turmeric and black pepper I do mix. The virgin coconut oil I take about a table spoon of that separately, in the morning and at night. For fish oil, I now take Nutralife (3x Omega 3s) - 1 capsule every morning.
@@adrianoholmes635turmeric and black pepper the spice you mix and just eat it? Or do you add water too it? I’ve never swallowed any type of spice in its regular form before
Thank you for really useful AND doable information 👍 😀 😊
Thankyou this talk was very informative
Indian vegetarian food has very good brain nutrition. All the spices esp Tumeric, Cinnamon, ginger and blackpepper. Coconut oil and Indian desi ghee are especially good for brain health.
You need to add fish to get greater benefits
I don’t think Indian diet has fresh veggies and greens though . Everything is cooked and fried which is not good
But 60%of indian child are malnourished and lack basic nutrition ..just see the published result of CSO , AIIMS study

hi!! Thank you Mr. Kwik and Mrs. Mosconi, fantastic video! I´m living in a mediterraneas country and it´s to hear that most of the food I´m eating is what I need for my brain. I´ll increase some of the food you recommend and to answer your question mr. Kwik: avocado and wine!! they´re the best. Mrs. Mosconi. treat your brain as your best friend!!! I love this sentence... thank you again. I haven´t read your book, but for sure I´m going to buy it and read. have a great day, week, month and years..
That is a great job to have. You get paid for doing something very interesting and fun.

Wow…very informative. Thank you so much.
Love watching both of you! Such a great energy and really good tips. Thank you very much.
love w❤❤😢😢😅 😊😊
My favorite brain foods from this video are salmon, fish roe (the bigger the better!), blackberries (so yum), and the almonds she mentions. 👍 I noticed however, she didn't go into the delicious looking juices on the counter in the video. I've been experimenting with our electric juicer since our move out west, to increase my nutritional content in a readily available form I can enjoy quickly to hydrate & digest (I have gastroparesis). What veggies would you recommend for my superbrain training? Thank you for sharing Jim & Lisa! I'm looking forward to learning more about increasing my cognitive "super powers" with you. 😊🙌
This was great to watch!!! Clear, informative and fun
Thank you 🙏
Love it. I’m a vegetarian. Thanks for everything.

🌸Thank you Dr. Lisa and Mr. Jim Kwik: you are both amazing. (❤️Whole) Food is medicine. 🌸
Thank you, Jim, for your videos. My English is 3rd language, and your videos boost my self esteem.
I found this information very interesting and helpful, I've never thought about your brain and diet, I do healthy though, I don't eat anything processed or from a can and I eat a lot of flax seeds and chia in my smoothie I never realized how much that was doing for me, as someone who used to do everything wrong and I weighed over 300 pounds changing the way I ate changed everything. Thank you I subscribed and will be watching more of your videos. My grandfather died of alheimerz so this really was an eye opener. Thank you
Have less chia seed because it’s high inflammation stick with flaxseed but consume in powder form. Try out cottage cheese with a pinch of organic salt with flaxseed powder with additional fruits & nuts if u want add something sweet by adding honey or some jam into it just like you eating yogurt. By eating this will help you cleansing your colon when your gut is healthy your brain also healthy.
@@tangvanle What's organic salt ,is it Himalayan pink salt? What's the name of brand? Appreciate it :)))
@@moniryousefian8782 white organic sea salt just a little because it quite salty.
@@tangvanle Thanks for quick reply, where should I get organic sea salt , is there a good brand I'm using celtic sea salt but it doesn't say organic. And about Flax I'm taking organic flaxseed oil is it as good as seeds ? Appreciate your take on it 🙏
@@moniryousefian8782 celtic sea salt also ok but a bit salty just add a little. About the flaxseed buy in a seed form grind few tablespoons put into a small glass jar for use & it’s best taken in powder form because we need it fibre to cleanse the intestine. Remember to freeze the flaxseed both the powder & the seed.
Good info. I just learned that sometimes we need to silent our mind to listen to a softer voice. Thanks
Great information...I will watch a few more times. Perhaps different microphone placement may result in better amplification.
Damn you went deep with it. I dig it
Hello, I was most surprised as to the percentage of H2O, that affects your brain function, as well as the percentage of saturated foods, and dementia. Thank you so much, for the education. I have been following you Jim, a little over a year now, when I first came across your video, while searching, how to improve my retention and learn better and faster, as I noticed a big negative change, in my late fiftees, and I didn't like it, and have been doing your exercises to change and improve my retention and learning capacity, and I'm for ever grateful, to you. However I had never heard of Dr. Mosconi, and now, I'm going to purchase the book, and buy it for each of my kids. Thank You Dr. Mosconi, for all the education, I'll now follow you as well.
Great video in general health advice
