BEEYARD FLOODED AGAIN & Feral Hive Check | I thought the snow was bad, then the water came back!

The airport apiary is where I have most my overwintered nuc colonies. In years past I've had to put down straw due to flooding - it was better at the end of the year last year, but I need to do it again. Here's what I did to fix it temporarily to keep the bees from drowning!
