    • Bet, 2 cycles: 45 seconds on soap, 15 on rinse. Keep the machine working all the time. Work smarter not harder and never let your dirty dishes and cookware sit and dry. Keep your dirty dishes organized. Stack all of your dirty pans inside of each other with a littler bit of hot water in each pan- The hot water will be absorbed into all of the food and it will not dry and will stay moist and loose. Listening to music helps keep your mind from getting too lost and distracted. Went from dishwasher to serving, to cooking.

    • Why don’t you just keep filling the other trays in the mean time so when, the machine end, all you have to do is put the stuff in the current rack away, so you can use that rack and put another in the machine, also just keep spraying, if you keep the dishes that are brought back to you clean the whole time then all your have to do is keep reloading the machine, when your manager or whoever complains, explain the situation, I have several dishes, here but a machine capable of only 1 rack at a time, currently there is one in there.

Yes the servers and bussers are supposed to scrape but #1 a well scraped dirty plate still has all kinds of shit stuck to it and #2 servers and bussers can't even figure out basic shapes and always put plates in the wrong stack.
