  • Just a bit of advice. If you ever do another video taking blood pressure manually what you want to do it tighten the release valve all the way. Then once the pressure cuff is on you pump to about 220 or so (everyone seems to do a different number). Then you slightly release the valve so the needle is slowly going down. Where the needle begins to “tick” is the top number and where it stops is the bottom number! 😊
