What amazes me more than the cars are the robots that assemble them. Talk about precise engineering! The enormous amount of brain power that goes into it is mind boggling!
And they work for free not asking for any breaks.
They will be building my 23 Widebody Scat pack in B5 blue soon. I thank them in advance for their hard work. I have wanted one of these amazing cars for a long time. So happy I will finally get one before they are gone.
I have a 2020 B5, its beautiful.
2022 hellcat traded in my 392.
Cool, I got a B5 blue 70 Challenger equipped with a small block 340.
Wow! Thanks for building such a beautiful car. Just got my 22 challenger widebody shaker scatpack and it’s perfect!
What color did you go with?? That’s the best looking challenger package if you ask me! Congratulations Andre!!
Imma steal it
@@musclehub7493 💀
Wow that’s amazing to see them being put together
As a Canadian, I’m mighty proud that these beautiful Dodge cars are built in Canada, I rented a 2015 Charger for a couple weeks in 2015, I kept it for the summer because it was an absolute pleasure to drive. That AMC factory in Brampton was ahead of it’s time.
They look so happy working there.
Lol...
That gray Viper with the black racing stripes was beautiful.
Just got my challenger T/A WIDEBODY SCATPACK MANUAL 🤘🏽🤘🏽🔥
I've had a few vipers gen 3 and 4. Currently have a hellcat redeye challenger. Crazy to think the challenger has a more powerful engine than the current gen V viper.
CAN NOT thank these workers enuff! For my 2022 scat shaker 6 speed special order Torred! Thank yall bunches!❤
Just ordered a 23 Hellcat Challenger, good to see how they are put together, hope they o k my order
Bought a 2020 Challenger, best car ever!!!!!
Doesn't do well in terms of reliability for Toyota ,unfortunately ! 🤔🤔🤔
@@sellier-bellot22actually the reliability of Dodge has only been increasing over the years. The newer Challengers are amazing. Toyotas would be amazing if they didn't rust into nothing before they hit 115K on the odometer. Very sad for an otherwise amazing car. I have a Toyota that I undercoated so I'm hoping that'll help.
So cool to see American muscle cars like these still in production. In Australia we had the Ford Falcon and Holden Commodore, our two iconic cars which were shut down sadly.
bad news
тракторный завод хруслер
They are made in Canada....not America.
sorry I didnt know@@dodgedon2114
Totally happy with my 2020 Challenger R/T in Octane Red with Blacktop Package
What amazes me the most about these high-dollar race cars is how many youngsters own one. Heck, I never had a car with more than 335hp before I was 40 and I only paid $295 for that.
Everybody don't own theirs. Alot of folks lease shit🤣☝️☝️☝️
By putting ourselves in hella debt 😅
New turbo 4 cylinders have about 300 horsepower stock and these cars like European cars are leased by 90 percent of owners
CRAZY FINANCING FOCUSED ON A SPECIFIC AGE RANGE….SUPER HIGH INTEREST STES AND VERY LONG TERM LOANS
I mean, by age 25 I was making six figures a year managing the backend of a plant. Throw in a summer job of property managing and that 2nd job alone paid for the car payments on 3% 60 months for my widebody. It’s doable if you’re in the right sector of work. Just gotta be hungry enough to go do it.
That my car being made !!!!
Very cool! - Thank you, Dodge!!
Thanks for posting this awesome video. I've always been fascinated by assembly lines. Whether it was a tour, by a friend of ours, of the Teddy Grahams plant in Toronto....or calling back to Dodge, to see where on the line my Challenger was in the production process. And all the robotics...either fully, or line workers utilizing hand held robotics, grippers, etc., I found to be nothing short of amazing!! 😎👍
I love the Dodge Challenger and not to mention the Charger, they are one of my favorite cars, I hope one day I can have a Charger ✌️👽👌
Many available at the police department surplus lots.
In Europe the period of these kind of cars is permanently over ,sad but true ! 😮😮😮
Anyone can have a trash
@@Rexbraikuanyone can also be trash
@@Jeremy_Watson don’t take it personal truth hurts,u might own one and u know. Just let the truth come as is.
Just like a baby bring Born!!! I want to cry!!!
I always loved Muscle cars. Assembling Dodge or Chrysler cars would have been a pleasure!
Anybody else think that bare viper would b a hell of a ride
The process… I have a deep love for Engineering & Technology.😍😍
It really is cool. Just about every day for work I go to a different factory and see different proceses making different things. It's like being in an episode of How it's Made all the time lol.
G.O.A.T. muscle car, oh yeah 😎
I'm getting one that's all there is to it
hats off to these highly skilled people making the most powerful cars of the era
Excellent production; my 21 RT Scat Pack Widebody was made there; has been perfect.
Watching a car get built from a roll of steel to getting parked out in the lot is amazing! All the robots look so cool. Which one of them being built is Christine?
I rented a Dodge Charger RT and it's increasingly becoming my favorite American car. The platform seems a bit last decade but the chassis is so well put together and drives beautifully.
Because it started as an E-class Benz.
My friends are converting them to 426's on E85 and a few other tricks. Pushing insane horsepower that is very difficult to put to the pavement. Most don't race and is just for show. But what a show when they hit the Gas!
Remindes me of the ( Raval ) Modie cars i used to build when i was a kid !!!! No Glue just SNAP them together
One of the best cars ❤🔥
Dope video
Now I am able to watch how my 392 scatpack shaker got put together. Which was built right next to the city in live in......crazy :)
What amazes me the most is the robots lol
3:01 correction here, the demon makes 840 hp, the super stock and the jailbreak are the ones that makes 808 hp
demons make 840 on race gas, on pump they make 808. so both are correct.
When you hear DODGE MOPARS you think of the UNITED STATES awesomeness 🇺🇸
The engine produced in Saltillo mexico
@erikcastillo3977 is ok STILL American muscle
Wow 😮 #7 piston in good condition
Very good
One 🙋 question for the body press why there is no complete body work from one part that needs to be separated later or not depends on the construction of the car or on the metal press
Seeing how easily the parts go together makes me wonder why I have such a hard time with them.
الراحة النفسية🤩
if i was one of the workers responsible for test driving the cars after being built, i'd be waaay too tempted to rev it out lol
THANK YOU SO MUCH. I LOVE MY CANADIAN FAMILY!!!!
To be a part of American History. Amazing
did i just see a viper omg 10:35
when do they add fluids? motor oil? prestone? hell winshield washer fluid? gasoline?
Keep building them and we'll keep buying them, beautiful cars.
Discontinued.
@@sergeantmasson3669yep so now everyone that owns one will charge a ridiculous price when/if they sell, at least the V8 models.
Very cool.
do they make righthand drive as well?
What I found to be absolutely crazy, was the extremely limited and minute skill set it takes to produce these cars on the line. These Union Workers are extremely overpaid!
My dream car
That Chally man!!! Leaves me speechless and I only have a Scat 🥵
Take my Challenger RT.. Overhaul everything, Convert it to manual transmission.. Install a supercharger, Front & Rear braces, Srt brakes, Cold air intake, wide body kit with demon rims, rear seat delete kit, repaint it, Srt differential, latest Uconnect update, replace all bolts and clips, demon hood, Srt suspension, change all oils. Send it back to me ASAP!
They look so happy
I want to live there!!! 😛🤩😍
Anybody know how much,of a discount would any of these workers get to purchse a car like this?
What amazes me is that so much of these cars are just plastic clips that get assembled
That's many, many different cars.. Not just these.
Manual transmission has returned along with all paint color options!
My Plum Crazy Challenger with a manual transmission just got produced on this line less than two weeks ago.
Was für ein geiles Auto , mein Traumauto .
I would LOVE to work at a place like this! I am SURE they are paid well!!
Same thing over and over again, think it would get old fast.
It’s hell I’ve worked in this before
Yep. UAW…show up to work in shorts and a t-shirt.
Depends on department you get if it's good or bad. Starting pay now is $24.26 cad then there's premiums and stuff. I honestly love getting called in. On-call work since I'm a part-timer so they kinda own your time. It does get old fast doing about 380 cars a shift but I still get excited just seeing the cars completed (3 years later) after my shift.
@@ETrys I as of now already work in the auto manufacturing industry. Only I have been at my current job for 5yrs making $22.10 an hour. Welding. I question the air quality of my work environment. This looks like cleaner facilities (no welding smoke) and you START at $24! SIGN ME UP!!
Crazy how much power these have
MOPAR ❤👍🏻
So your saying if they can put the dash in like that we should be able to take it out like thay
The dodge ram truck line has a lot to offer the general public. The car line of challengers is leaving a lot on the table. 1970 dodge 2 door iron needs to be put back into the production line. Carbon fiber has up to make union insurance you employ. The build site has different engines that will move the iron vehicles. The fuel injected intake manifold will need to be designed. Hemis. Do not sell to aftermarket, or make outside deal. With insurance strikes calls for chrome bumpers. The output of 50 units of 1970 charger 500s at $13,000 in the dealerships will slowly work your workers and build site stock. The plus side is that your inventory will show increase in your financial area. The truck line is good for now. Design- 1970 Dodge Charger 500.MDC 383 fuel injected with 8 speed transmission. 3" inch driveshaft. 245/50r17 tires.. Dodge rims must be 17x8". Rear end ratio from a 4x4 1996 dodge ram. 8"3/4" rear end. Stock interior with electrical upgrade of/with accessories. Stock springs- look in build site manufacturing book. Pistol grip shifter with electronic button controls. Color of paint- dodge teal. Roof will have yellow vinyl top. No moonroof will be on this productioned car. Stereo system will have (1)component 5.25" in doors. 6.25"(1) rear deck components, rear passenger seat walls will have (1)5.25" component set. Front dash will have 3" inch tweeter pair. 400x4 amplifier will power. Interior color will be Dodge orange vinyl with oe trim. Production Automobiles will be on site manager and staff. Production colors- Red, black, white, green, purple, bone yellow. Interior colors- Grey, black, white, green, yellow. Engines will be 318 Magnum(5.2), 360 magnum(5.9), MDC 383 Fuel injected cubic inch. You will design the hydraulic roller camshaft system with this engine. To maintain vehicle itemization, this engine will only be produced with the car line. Vinyl tops for the cars will be tan, black, green, red. Go Sam Houston.
SI ES UN MUSTRO DE MOTOR Y CARISMO DE GASOLINA ⛽
💪🏻🇺🇸DODGE i love ❤❤❤❤😊🥺
I worked at the Belvedere plant making Jeep Cherokees
They still exist?
Looks like the 300 and Charger are built on the same line!
eso es lo que yo voy a fabricar cuando trabaje en unos de esos
10:46 sounds like Seth Rogan laughing 😂
Nice job to the Mopar team one question is the Newark Delaware Chrysler plant and Dodge is still open and Delaware
I thought these were built in Brampton Ontario?
My neighbor has like 6-8 hellcats all chopped up they must be free
Is this the last year for internal combustion engines?
Ready and waiting for a 28.4 percent interest buyer at the dealership.
WHY IS THE INSTRUMENTAL BOARD NOT HD 📺 CONSTRUCTION THICK NESS SO MANY CABLES
Where's the guy that tightened my Charger's oil filter with a breaker bar?
Betcha the Dodge brothers would've never thought that any of their vehicles wouldn't be built in America..
1:32 that looks like the demon logo in the headlight??? Old video footage from 2018? The demon was 2018 only.
Love seeing those people making big bucks. F---the big 3
180sxに似てて、なぜか嬉しかった😊 10:32
Why they have the car in motion and your installing parts?
Like the snap kit model cars from the 70s
Sorry To See Them Go!!
Dodge one love
Can't they do a quick burnout off the assembly line?
Aslinya keren
Let's ammire how CARS are produced, before ELECTRIC APPLIANCES will take place. PS Viper was the masterpiece.
My favourite car
How do I apply to do this
VERY VERY COOL....., ,The 2023 CHALLY'S Are off the chain,,fantastic body lInes and its just to bad there not goingbto keep producing this with a gas motor,,, But,,being thats whats happening with this year's CHALLENGER,,This one is not only going to be the one to $buy$,,,its most likEly going to Appreciate than depreciate!!!!! The one to purchase in my opinion, THE HELLCAT DEMON SRT OR THE R/T 392,,, 2023-CHALLENGER'S
What's different about the 2023 Challenger? I ordered an RT and it just got done being built. Manual transmission in Plum Crazy.
Imagine driving brand new Challengers all day for the last decade.
I toured the Ford eng plant in Windsor...I asked my father in-law "DO YU THINK THESE CAM INSTALLERS COULD DO /ASSEMBLE IT AT HOME"? HE RESPONDED DEFINATELY NOT ...THRS PERAMETERS OF PROCESS / LIKE ROBOTS. LOL
Vendo esse vídeo, e comparando com o processo de fabricacao dos alemãs, os alemãs parecem Está uma categoria acima.
I miss working at GM
I love watching maritime videos.
I wish that plant was still making vipers it’s a shame they didn’t get one more generation before electric
4:07 Why does it take four people to pull thoes panels out of the press and put them on a rack?
